We have expert designers on staff to help you; Deb is our interior designer, Sharon is an interior design consultant and marketing assistant, and Leevon is our custom picture framer. Owners Ted Freeman, and his son, Mark, have owned Hallmark since 1959 and turned it into the environment which it is today.
