Avoid unless you have no other options. I have had several appointments canceled and re-scheduled, only to be canceled again. They failed to inform me that my most recent appointment had been canceled, causing me to take time off work only to be turned away.

im gonna be completely honest, some of these therapists are really hit or miss. my first therapist I had here was Allison Detloff, she was probably one of the better therapists i had a good and genuine relationship with. I only had to get a new therapist when she was on maternity leave obviously congrats on that! but the therapists I had after that were just- Horrible. I recently started seeing Dan Goodman and I have to say, he’s probably okay with others just personally, not having the best experience with him. He’s had to reschedule twice, and he charges me for a full hour when our zoom calls are only 30 minutes max. Doesn’t really let me talk about anything i want to talk about. i don’t doubt that he’s a good person again, just it gets hard when ur struggling with personality disorders and mood disorders and having people just reschedule on you. i’ve tried contacting the desk to get me a new therapist who would be a better fit but i haven’t gotten a call back or anything.

I really like my Therapist here. After months of trying to find someone who would see me in person, the Phycology Center got me in within a month of me calling and requesting an appointment. I was paired with someone who is very helpful and has been flexible in his scheduling to allow me to come after work.

I really love my therapist here. She has made a significant difference in my life. Perhaps the person giving a low rating did not know to seek out a therapist with a background in a particular area. Mine has a background in trauma therapy which is just what I've needed.

Oddly cold for people who work with people that clearly have mental health issues. Front of office staff is unprofessional.
