All of our dogs are kept up-to-date on their vaccines. Not only do we use the highest quality brand for our vaccines, but we go beyond the norm and give Neo-Par and Bordetella. Neo-Par is a vaccine used especially to prevent Parvovirus. It is less stressful on the dog and is the most successful in preventing the most common virus in dogs, Parvovirus.
Our health guarantees. In the rare instance a dog comes down with a health problem, we will cover it, whether treatable or untreatable. If the problem is treatable, we will pay for the medication used to treat the problem. If the problem is untreatable, we will give you a new puppy in its place. (Refer to contract for details.)
We microchip all of our dogs to ensure that the dog is returned to the rightful owner in the event it is lost or stolen.
We specialize in just puppies. This also allows our staff to give constant attention to the puppies and their needs. There are always three or more employees in the store attending to the puppies from 8am to 10 pm, and at least one employee throughout the night to care for the more needy pups.
We use only the best sanitation products and processes to ensure the cleanest environment for the puppies. A clean environment is very important in preventing viral and bacterial problems.
