Benjamin S. Ramsey, Esq.
Benjamin S. Ramsey is an experienced real estate attorney in Naples, FL., and has a reputation for zealously representing his client’s interests. In addition to being an attorney, Ben is also a Florida state certified General Contractor and Realtor. Ben works tirelessly to ensure that each client’s real estate transaction goes smoothly from start to finish.
Ben grew up in small town, Eastern Kentucky as is evident in his southern accent and charm. While growing up in Pikeville, Kentucky, Ben’s family was lucky enough to spend their summers in Bradenton and Naples where his grandparents maintained winter homes. Those early visits spawned a love for the Gulf Coast of Florida in Ben, and his entire family, that resulted in almost every member of the Ramsey family permanently settling in South Florida.
Ben left Kentucky and moved to Naples in 1997 where he began his career in the Real Estate Industry. As a realtor and general contractor, Ben bought, sold and built homes and gained valuable experience and insight into our local economy. When the housing industry, and economy in general, slowed down in 2008, Ben returned to Kentucky to earn his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from The University of Kentucky and then his Juris Doctor from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University. Ben is licensed to practice law in Florida, the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and also the District of Columbia.
When not working, Ben enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors with his wife, Christina, his five-year-old son South, and their three-year-old daughter Autumn Bell. The family loves to go to the Naples Children’s Museum, spend time on our beautiful beaches and take advantage of our incredible boating and fishing opportunities. Ben is an avid outdoorsman and also holds his private pilot’s license. Ben says that his favorite thing about Naples is that, “Not only is this a beautiful city, that is second to none, but it is also a wonderful place to raise a family.” Family is the center of Ben’s life and he models his practice after his Grandfather’s and Father’s “old school” values. Ben says, “Christian values and simple things like opening doors for ladies, taking off your hat indoors, respecting your elders, honoring your word and always being 15 minutes early are values held dear by my family, and are more often than not lost in the hustle and bustle of modern life. My goal is to live a life that respects and honors these values both personally and professionally.”
