Can’t speak for the owner because I don’t know who it is. But the two employees that were there when I went in were awful. Too busy on their phones to even acknowledge my presence other than a distasteful glance upward. When I asked to see the .480 they had they didn’t even look up. They were engaged in their own little conversation about a missed call one of them had. Mind you, I was the only customer in the shop. First and last time I’ll go there.

They did a great job for us. They finished in a timley manner. They where very pleasant to work with.

Sent them a rifle for repair via Remington, for the trigger recall and a broken extractor. Was returned to me and neither was fixed. The box arrived with 0 paperwork stating what was done. I called them and requested more information which they responded they had done the work. I asked them to email the proof to me and they could not, because they don't have email, and could not snail mail it. Gun was not repaired!

Only man I trust working on my weapons, very skilled highly confident and trust worthy. Definitely most knowledgeable person in the area when it comes to firearms.

You are selling a basic $400 Smith and Wesson AR15 for $1500. Way to rip off your customers.
