I have worked with Joe Buffin from Reno for many years.  Joe is a real pro and always follows up with whatever I need.  I would recommend Reno for any type of insurance you need!

If customer service is at the top of your priorities, Reno Agency and their exceptional staff is the place for all your insurance needs!  I have been with several agencies before and am sorry I didn’t do it years before. Mike’s professionalism, the time spent in explaining all options, and help in getting better coverage for less cost. With the Reno Agency I feel like a member of the family not just a number!  Call Reno Agency today!

Mike Salisbury and the staff at Reno Agency are excellent people to work with.   Whether  I'm renewing my existing policies or applying for new coverage they are knowledgeable and honest in providing me with just the right coverage I am looking for.  Also, the few minor claims I have had have been processed  quickly and to my satisfaction.   I highly recommend them to everyone.

So thankful I switched to the Reno Agency for my auto and home insurance needs.  Shelly was great in working with me to make sure I had the policies that were suitable for my needs.  She made sure she communicated with me in  a timely manner about getting the policies in place when I needed them.  Shelly even gave up her lunch hour to accommodate my schedule.  I highly recommend this agency.

We referred by our pastor at Lighthouse Baptist Church to go to Reno Agency. We started doing a Dave Ramsey Financial Plan and Dave Ramsey recommended finding a place that would search for competing insurances for better rates and coverage. We were happy with the results not only did we get 10x better coverage on auto but our home as well. Their was a lot we didn't understand when we got our first insurance but Mike explained everything perfectly and made the process easy to understand. I am grateful that we found them and they are a great company to go through!!

I called and left my information with a pleasant lady. Then I never received a call back from anyone at Reno. I called State Farm and they took care of my needs in a timely manner. I paid for a years worth of home owners insurance and saved a bundle on my car insurance.

The whole process after my accident was very easy....one call to the Reno Agency was all it took to get the job started. I got to pick my body shop of choice....all I had to do was drop the truck off and picked it up when it was done....so easy. They contacted me after everything was done to make sure I was happy with the work. I would recommend the Reno Agency to anyone looking for insurance!!
