Welcome to The Residences at Pomona Park! We have some of the largest apartments in Pikesville, our smallest home is 1125 sq ft and they range in size to as large as 1825 sq ft. All homes are completely renovated – with new flooring throughout, brand new appliances (including a washer and dryer,) granite countertops, and new window treatments. New residents will be the first to live in these homes post-renovation. Maintenance calls always receive prompt attention – with 24 hour response time guaranteed on weekdays (it’s usually less), and emergencies responded to immediately, even on nights and weekends. Courtesy officers are on site every evening and 24/7 on weekends and the pool is open every day of the week during the summer. I really appreciate the staff here. They are so help and willing to listen to your concerns. Naiya was so wonderful throughout my process moving here and picking an apartment. She was always available for help at all times. I really love her attitude and her patience. Enjoy her overall personality. My wife and I really love living here. If they were condos, I would buy the one I'm living in.

Having lived in a ranch home for over 20 years, I didn't think I would find an apartment to fit my needs, but I did at the Residences of Pomona Park. Apartments are spacious with nice floor plans. Lovely, well maintained grounds, and highly responsive property management and resident services staff, make this an ideal choice.

Pomona Park is a beautiful complex with spacious, updated, and well maintained apartments! The Leasing and Maintenance Staff are always responsive, kind, and genuinely strive to address whatever issue you may have. However, sound easily travels between units. This, combined with not so thoughtful neighbors, who's TV and/or music sound consisently flows into your bedroom, throughout the night and day, can make for a less than desirable and peaceful living experience. Not sure how a seeking tenant may gage this before renting, but I would advise everyone to do as much research as possible to see if you'll find yourself in this type of catch22

This apartment complex is unlike any other that I have ever imagined and I have lived in many. The staff is so kind and so friendly. They bend over backwards to be accommodating and are very good at following through with Every request.Thank you so much for an amazing two years!Shannon at the front gate was the reason that we chose to even enter the complex. She was so friendly and so kind that we felt compelled to go to the leasing office and ask about the apartments. We were looking at different complexes around the area and she is the reason that we chose Pomona Park. Yolanda helped us that evening to tour an apartment even though their office was just about to close. She has such a friendly and professional demeanor.She stayed much later that day then she had to so that she could give us all the paperwork and information that we needed to apply for the apartment. It was hands-down the best experience we’ve ever had at any apartment. They are pet friendly and did not charge us a pet deposit and were very considerate to us about every single thing that we wanted or needed. The maintenance crew is really friendly You get to know each one of them by name and talk to them around the neighborhood. Becky Chad and Zach were also very very friendly and helpful. Thank you for an amazing two years!

Great place to live, but Expensive apartments. Pool is indoor only. Garden apts & 2 midrise with elevators.

Beautiful place to live, utilities are inconsistent. Water turns off at least once a month wish I was exaggerating and there was a major gas leak a couple weeks back. We weren't told about the leak until hours later, I saw a news truck pull up before we were notified. Just to clarify, as far as I know the evacuated buildings knew right away.  We also were informed we'll be paying utilities now, which would be fine if it was only for our unit and not split between residents. We have to run our water all the time before it comes out clear, and I'm concerned about that cost and waste of something outside our control. I shouldn't have to worry about having gallons of water stored, or if the water goes out and everyone is clearing their pipes that I'll have to pay a higher utility bill. It's a real bummer because I loved living here

I move around a lot due to me being in the military. The Residence at Pomona Park is amazing. I wished I'd know about Southern Management prior to me moving to Pomona North because it would have saved me from a lot of headaches. The apartment before my move to Residences at Pomona advertise as being luxury apartments. I think they did that to justify their high rent, so you go along with it. At the Residence at Pomona Park, when they say luxury, its not just a word to them, its a life style. Their apartments are built for comfort and luxury is a promise. Southern Management I hope you have apartments in all 50 states, if not I don't want to live in that state. The staff is wonderful, Mrs. Yolanda will go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need to make your stay at Pomona Park beyond comparable to any other apartment homes. The grounds personal  are awesome. The gate guard are friendly and attentive. The residence are very polite and friendly. I usually don't talk to my neighbors when I move to a community, seems easier. Not only do I talk to them at Pomona Park, I walk with them and I am thinking about getting a dog. Join this community, you won't know a good and peaceful living until you do. Signed: One happy resident.

I was looking to move here recently && just had to write a review. The staff here are amazing and very welcoming.  I want to give a special recognition to Nelly ! From the very beginning she was nothing but wonderful , welcoming, and extremely professional ; she is THE BEST leasing professional I’ve ever worked with and she will help you find the right home that fits best for you . If you ever are looking to move here go to Nelly for all your needs you won’t regret it !  The community is truly gated , well kept , and quiet . I absolutely loved the property and recommend anyone to move here !

I had scheduled a virtual tour to view an apartment that I had found online. I had never received a call to further confirm my allotted appointment time. I had also never received my virtual tour that I had scheduled in advance. This is highly unprofessional and shows below bare minimal consideration and effort you take to bring in and welcome potential residents.

We have lived at Pomona Park for 3 years and really love it.  The apartments are huge, beautiful and very well maintained. The grounds are also very well taken care of.  The staff is always willing to help in any way they can.  You won't find a better place to live in the area.  Very pet friendly.
