An amazing community. Very caring and knowledgeable staff. They went above and beyond to always be available to support and encourage me in my challenging transition to the Surprise area. The pool and amenities are amazing and the community is safe and feels like home. Residences Stadium Apartments community makes me feel like family. I highly recommend them.
Bob came to Service one issue at my apartment but, like a whirlwind, ended up fixing quite a few. He did a great job! Made this apartment complex stand out to me. Great job, and thank you, Bob! I also want to shout out LaToya who is an exceptional professional and has helped with every single thing efficiently and effectively. Great team they’ve got running here.
This is a Gorgeous Property. I am selling my home. When it sells I will be moving to the Residences at Stadium Village. Not only was the staff really helpful and friendly, The Manager was very friendly and helpful also! Overall the best experience I have had, well looking for my new home. I have been on the look out for a new apartment for the past few weeks in the area and haven’t had much luck. I heard great things about Stadium Village and wanted to see what the hype was all about and let me tell you it did not disappoint! When I walked in I was greeted by an amazingly friendly and professional staff that offered me refreshments and snacks. I was helped by a very nice and professional woman her name was Michele. I was overjoyed at the amazing tour she gave me. It was very informative, professional and absolutely exceptional. The apartments are gorgeous, the kitchens and bathrooms did not disappoint. The amenities are a must see. She explained to me that they do events all the time for the residence, big plus for me. The location is amazing, and the staff seemed so friendly and welcoming! Thank you Michele and your staff for helping make a great first impression of Stadium Village and making my decision easy and a no brainer.
Absolutely amazing staff. So kind and helpful. I have been looking for a place to call home, and this property just might be the place. It’s beautiful, the property is so clean and inviting. I have 2 children and they absolutely loved it as well. It’s close to everything, restaurants, convenient stores and shopping. I will be calling this place my future home.
Thank you Erika for the full tour last week! I was looking for a one bedroom for my brother- and this is defiantly on the top of his list! I just know he's going to love the amenities and how close it is to shopping.
I toured this community while home hunting and fell absolutely in love with it! The amenities were so modern and well-kept, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and they even host community events periodically. While I made the decision to go with a different community, I highly recommend this community to those I know are looking. Thanks for being so great, keep it up!
I just wanted to share how delightful the staff is at The Residence at Stadium Village. I was greeted by the Manager Michelle & I left very interested & informed! I am going to bring my son back to check this place out & lease an apartment. Thank you, for taking the time to talk to me & not make me feel rushed! Amazing experience!!!
The property manager Shelly Kendrick was amazing, very informative, kind and helpful to me. She took the time to talk to me and answer any questions that I had. I wish there could be a rating of 100 star's because Shelly Kendrick gave 100 percent. Thank you so much.
I have lived in a number of places and The Residence at Stadium Village is the top. The front office is always professional and ready to help, the grounds are kept immaculate and the apartments are up to date, well maintained, and spacious. The Residence at Stadium Village is close to everything you need to include spring training across the street and the Surprise community park. I could go on, but please go check it out for yourself—You will not regret it!! Kevin
