I nearly missed out on this fantastic room, but a quick check on ʜᴏᴛᴇʟᴅᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ made all the difference. We loved staying here with our two kids! We arrived on a Sunday afternoon, and the staff was so helpful and accommodating traveling with 2 toddlers. We were upgraded to a suite, and the extra room was definitely appreciated!! The hotel was peaceful, gorgeous, and well located!

We typically stay at The Ritz if they are near the location we are visiting.  Like all other Ritz, this hotel was beautifully decorated and everyone from the valet/door guys to the receptionists were awesome. We stayed in one of the suites and it had all of the amenities. I also love that they have 24 hour in-room dining.  Their bar closes at 12:30am but there are a couple of spots around the corner for a late night drink. My husband is not a very good sleeper and pulled out the sofa bed during one of the nights.  We both agree it was the most comfortable sofa bed l ever.

My husband took me for a couples massage and all day spa day. I throughly enjoyed the day. The massage was amazing, best I’ve had in a long time. We enjoyed the pool, ate lunch, had champagne and strawberries. I can’t wait to go back.  It was also my birthday, they include tons of sweets, macarons and cupcakes!Service: 5/5

We were here for one night after our flight got into Charlotte and we would absolutely go back just to spend time here.  The excellent service starts right when you pull up with the valet and bellhop.  Check-in was a breeze and the staff was friendly and explained the amenities available.  The pool, spa and fitness center were closed for renovations during our stay which was disappointing but understandable. The front desk was kind enough to find some bath salts for our kids since the spa wasn’t open.  The room was beautiful, the bathroom was spacious and updated and I just can’t say enough good things about the service or accommodations.

Having shot weddings here many times through the years and taking getting ready shots in the rooms for couples who are married at local churches, I can say the Ritz is one of my favorite places to work in Charlotte. Easy access, great staff and a beautiful venue.  Rooms: The rooms are well appointed and are decorated beautifully.  Noteworthy details: The banquet staff and wedding coordinators are always very attentive and helpful.

Everything about this hotel was fantastic. From the friendly and attentive employees to the beautiful rooms and hotel itself. Special employee shout out to Yulisa who was attentive and helpful even before our arrival! She went out of her way to ensure that our experience was special!and Joeey in Guest Relations, as well as Denise at the front desk who was so helpful and amazing assisting us with our checkout and ensuring our experience was great. You would not be disappointed in choosing this beautiful hotel. We cannot wait to return.

We had the most amazing experience at the Ritz Carlton.  From the moment we pulled up to the door to the moment we left,  the staff were friendly, professional and responsive.   We celebrated our honeymoon here and they pulled out all the stops to make it thr most memorable experience.  I highly recommend this hotel if you need to stay in Downtown Charlotte.

Went to Charlotte for a weekend stayed here , and yes it was a fantastic stay . The staff was incredible, ate at BLT for dinner , very very good . The valet staff went above and beyond , paying so much attention to us and being so nice to our 2 kids . Suite was very clean very modern decor .  Highly recommend the Ritz in Charlotte .Rooms: 5/5
