Porkbelly bbq stick is DELICIOUS!!!! Legit changed my life. The seasoning is Kimchi rice is average but the portion is plentiful. Good bang for your buck.Food: 5/5
I got some fried rice with egg and a variety of BBQ. I got lamb, steak, pork short ribs, etc. The BBQ had too many spices that it seemed you were eating only spice. The fried rice was good and the portion for it was good for its price.
This is a really solid place to stop near campus. The menu is definitely on the authentic side, and if you're not careful, you can easily get into some items that don't agree with the delicate American palette. I had the Spicy Chicken and the General Tso's Donburi and I feel that these are some easy, "safe" and delicious menu choices to start with before you go venturing into the woods. I also grabbed some Kimchi and it packs quite a punch.
This place is my new tradition before exams because it always fills me up with good food for a reasonable amount of money. The kimchi fried rice is a best seller for a reason, it's one of my favorite things on the menu. The pork belly is also to die for, and the pepper chicken and most of the BBQ as well.Food: 5/5
Food is delicious and pretty authentic consider it is located smack dab near Purdue University. Be prepared to use your pointing finger unless you happen to know Mandarin to ask what each item is. The spicy chicken, cabbage and mapo tofu are all wonderful and will satisfy your taste for homestyle Chinese cooking. The low prices means that you don't feel guilty eating more than the one time.
Wow, was blown away. For $9, the ingredients were so generous. Spicy chicken and tomato egg taste great. It reminded me of mixed vegetable rice or as we call it in Singapore, just point at the dishes and the server will scoop for you.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: YesDelivery: YesCurbside pickup: No
Ordered some BBQ. The squid was cold when presented, lamb has an unpleasant taste, dark atmosphere at noon, and we saw a cook wearing slippers coming out of the kitchen.Food: 1/5
I don’t know why there are ANY bad reviews for rolling bowl! $9 for a bowl that is well over 1300 calories makes the perfect meal for me when I’m bulking for the gym. If you are opting for low calorie options you can add vegetables to your bowl instead of meat. Everything tastes great. I love the cabbage and chicken. The old man who serves me is always smiling and makes my day. I will be going here regularly.
Very authentic Asian food. Whether you get the fast serve rice with dishes or order from the menu, I have been very happy with the food.Food: 5/5
The spicy chicken was a bit much for my personal palate preferences, but I still enjoyed my meal. Portions were extremely generous! You most certainly get what you pay for and even more at Rolling Bowl.
