Went to the room loft today to look at recliners for my boyfriend who just had shoulder surgery. I found one i lloved but wanted him to see if it was good for him. I went and got him and he loved it. I asked when can they could deliver it they said tomorrow but Laura said no and they would deliver right then so he can hopefully start feeling better. Laura grabbed the delivery guy right then and met us at out house within 20 minutes. I was very impressed with them all.
Everyone at the Room Loft is amazing to work with. From their sales staff to the delivery guys. I placed a couple of special orders and they have gone above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I would highly recommend The Room Loft.
Would NOT recommend trying to buy furniture at this business. If they don't like you giving them any feedback, then they won't sell furniture to you!!! We didn't ask them for anything from the feedback we sent them and we were not rude. We just wanted them to know what was going on! We let them know their delivery truck is leaking oil and it made a large mess on our driveway and we even sent them a photo of how it looked after we tried to clean it up. It's about 22 inches square and still looks bad. Plus, they should know it's leaking for safety reasons. We asked them not to park in the driveway again and when they returned, they parked in the driveway and we asked them to move their truck. Needless to say, it dripped more oil in a new place on our driveway! The delivery team claims it's only a couple of drops the size of quarters - really??? We needed to change our furniture order and when the delivery team picked up the loveseat we were not keeping, they hit my grandfather clock with the loveseat and it moved it about 6 inches across the floor and made a dent in the side of the clock. We had told them to be careful by it the first time they were there and then again when they were taking the loveseat out to their truck. Our clock is a prized possession and was perfect before this happened! We also sent them a photo of the dent. The store agent told us that it was an old dent and their delivery team didn't do it - really??? The store agent told us they are cancelling our order for the furniture and sending us a refund and they won't sell us the furniture. We are really shocked by the store's behavior. Wow - what awful customer service! No person or business is perfect and we all get feedback through the years and we should use it to make ourselves and our businesses better. They get ZERO stars for this rating!!!

Fun place to see and buy antiques. I see stuff now I used as a kid now classified as old stuff.
This place is chock full of furniture. Huge old warehouse, actually three warehouses filled to the brim and two floors high. Very nice staff and great selection. Prices are fair.
I bought and paid in full table and chair set from this company, right before Thanksgiving Day 2001. I waited and waited for this to come from California. I would call and they would say, it will be here in a month it will be here in a month. It never happened. I waited until around the first part of March, 2002 to tell them I wanted my money back. Instead of being kind and fair to me about this because of the time I waited to get my order. They charged me $200 restocking fee! A restocking fee for something they never even had in the store! I can understand if it had been something that they had in stock and had to restock, but no, they never even had it in the store nor was it coming. They just told me it was so they charged me $200 restocking fee and would not back out of it. This is about as crooked of a company as I have ever seen. Hope you are happy with my $200. Instead of being kind and honest you did a crooked crooked thing. Beware of this furniture store. They say below that my furniture was there when I cancelled and ask for my money back. Now they are even Liars. I wasn't told no such thing. My furniture was not there if it had been there I would have taken it instead of losing $200. This company is unbelievable beware!
Unhappy with damage done at delivery ! Don’t buy from this company and have anything delivered. We purchased a sectional and when delivered the delivery people did a substantial amount of damage to our walls , door frames, banister and such. They have not made the damage whole and now the owner is refusing to finish what they did. They wall was painted two different colors. I would not work or purchase form this company again and would not recommend them either.
We went in last week when we walked in there was 4 ladies at the counter and all they did was turned and looked at us and went back talking. We walked around for around for 30 minutes and no one come see if we had any questions. When we left they were still standing at the counter and didn't acknowledge us. We did find something in the antique room but we won't go back.
Great selection high quality and different from all the other furniture stores in Logan and ogden, I have found them competitive on pricing as well
