We bought this couch from The RoomPlace about 6 months ago, and it already looks like this. They denied my claim and told me it was due to “wear and tear”. A simple google search shows that this is not just wear and tear. I have tried to contact a manager 3 times now. They have completely dodged my calls.
Karim was super helpful and has great customer service. Such a nice guy. We would definitely go to him again if we're looking for more furniture.
The store employee attitude is extremely with bad attitudes and she was so careless I went to this store on 07/19/2022 and I spoke to the lady in the store in evening time. The price are up understandable but this same bed was $1099 and now listen for $2799 and the employee of the store comment was everything is double and triple price and she also mentioned the prices will be 4 to 5 times more. Instead of asking the client their needs she went into the pricing increase and market analysis assumptions. She basically turn the client away without even asking any further question by providing the negative and rude behavior and with the price assumptions. She was forcing me to book it ASAP by saying no guarantee if they will get that product anymore or not. I’m not sure if this business is providing any kind of training to their employee or not but the experience at the store was very poor service. I would never buy anything from this store specially this location at Arlington heights.
I know salesman have a bad reputation of being aggressive. I also know they are making a sale to make a living. Karim Taha, thank you for being honest and addressing my concerns. This was probably my greatest experience so far. Your genuine and humble. I hope every persons experience is to come across a salesman that cares for strangers like you do. Nice to meet you Karim and God bless you sir!
Karim was friendly and not pushy, but he made sure all our questions were answered thoughtfully. He was honest and I’m glad we purchased our sofa from him. Also the lady that checked us out was super nice too. My bf doesn’t comment on service but he was even impressed.
As soon as we walked in the door we were kindly greeted and got so much help from Julian in picking the best bed, dresser and mirror! He was very knowledgeable and patient and was able to answer all our questions. This place has a great selection and prices, fast delivery and amazing people!
Anna Store Manager was very helpful & pleasant to deal with. She is very professional and outgoing with customer's, and she helped me out a great deal with returning merchandise and recommending other possibilities. She gets 5 stars in my book for going above and beyond. My wife couldn't be happier, and I will return to this location in the future when looking for furniture. Arlington Heights. ***Note: Karim was also very outgoing and would highly recommend to anybody who is looking for quality customer service, and not to just be sold. Very professional atmosphere!!
We just bought furniture for our first apartment and we had the best experience here. You need to ask for Karim, he has impeccable dedication to his place of employment. He went out of his way to measure and triple check to make sure the furniture we liked would fit in our space. We visited plenty of other furniture stores and couldn’t find anything. We stumbled into the roomplace without intentions or expectations of making a purchase and were immediately sold because of the customer service care, quality of furniture, and amazing prices. We will definitely be returning to make future purchases!
One of the most pleasant furniture stores my family and I have ever been to! The staff is really friendly but specially Jaime Solis as he helped us with our furniture purchase for our new home. His service was genuine, understanding and is willing to go above and beyond for you! I recommend this store and if I could I would give them more stars.
Ended up at The Room Place, after six other furniture stores, where I had the pleasure of meeting the best salesman Jaime Solis. Being the most indecisive person in the world, I visited The Room Place in Arlington Heights three times before actually making my purchase. Jaime was so patient and kind, to myself and my family. He went above and beyond to explain all the special deals and different financing options. Each time I visited the store Jaime was available to answer all my questions and was not pushy at all, which I really appreciate. I am so happy I finally found the perfect all leather sectional and the most comfortable new mattress with an adjustable base. Because I visited the store so many times, I had the opportunity to interact with other staff as well and they were all so personable. I would highly recommend The Room Place Arlington Heights and literally cannot say enough good things about Jaime Solis.
