People, please read reviews before you buy anything from this store. I bought bed and dinning table from this store, they sent us bed with broken part. Also, dinning table was damage too. I called the RoomPlace customer service, they tell us that it will take 2-3 business days to process our order. Next day I went to the same store where we bought the bed and dinning table. They tell us that they don't have a return policy because they just changed it two weeks ago. Also, told us to call customer service again and we did. I spoke to lady name Monica, I told her my situation and she hung up on me. Then, I called customer service again and this time lady name Merry picked up, she said they would replace the dinning table, but for the bed it would take 2-3 business days.
I gotta say this place was pretty good on some of the deals they offered found a nice sectional sofa was pretty comfortable felt like a soft marshmallow on it and also this nice bed that I desperately needed since I was sleeping in my floor and I like the staff they we’re very handsome men
We were looking for a recliner with limited features. Unfortunately the store's inventory mostly had chairs with the push-up stands you up on your feet feature. Sorry, don't require that kind of help. However, the salesperson was helpful, polite, and spent a significant amount of time with us. Will we come back? Of course we will. It's a good store with great salespeople.
I enjoyed my experience in their showroom. Everyone is friendly and accommodating - from the sales guy, cashier and delivery man. It was very smooth doing business with the store, giving us lots of options. We made a good deal with their dining set.
Chris and Oday were amazing with accommodating our budget. Amazing deals and great service. Chris, even though a “rookie” sales associate, was very knowledgeable and professional with our sale. Thank you Chris!

I typically never write bad reviews, but considering the circumstance I feel obligated to share my horrible experience. I purchased a synthetic leather couch with their protection plan. The couch they sold us is complete garbage. The leather cracks where you sit and the cushion flattens after regular use. So we decided to get our couch fixed under our protection plan. And guess what, they denied our claim! That's right, If you have more than one incident, they will reject your protection plan insurance and you've essentially wasted $200-500 of "protection". I know the sales person will tell you otherwise, that the plan is worthwhile, they must because they're told to do so. It is worthless along with the furniture they sold us! Buyer beware, if you are buying from this store just settle on the price of the item, nothing more! Don't waste your money.
Sagar Patel was a delightful to have as a salesman. He answered every question we had and we had a lot. He made buying a dinning room set experience pleasant. He was so good at his job that we came back and bought two more chairs from him. Thank you so much Sagar for making a donating task so pleasant.
