Veronica, our sales person, was wonderful to work with. She was so polite and professional. Our headboard and frame was in stock and we had it delivered only a couple of days later. We didn’t have to wait for weeks like at other stores. Delivery was flawless and both men were respectful. The Room Place will be our go to place for furniture. It was great working with Nevada from Roomplace. She attended to all my questions and there was no sales pressure. Also, the store has a nice collection and fair prices. Plus a good ambience as well.
Giovanni was very helpful. He assisted me in every way possible. As a disabled person using a cane, he was very patient and kind while showing us the store. He even brought me chairs to sit in and water to drink after climbing the stairs. I was too uncomfortable to use the escalator. Thank you for the personal touch.

They had the furniture we wanted and gave us a good price the delivery went smoothly and without they set it up in my living and took away all their packaging
This review is based on my experience with Dawn, the retail operations manager all the way in Peoria, Illinois. I originally shopped at Lincolnwood, which was the WORST decision ever. Somehow I got in contact with Dawn who provided such efficient customer care with my order. She was empathetic to the problems I had gone through in trying to get my bed set correct. I would highly recommend Dawn for her problem solving skills and her care for customers, not just in Peoria but all the way in Chicago!

Ordered crib, dresser, chest, and mattress on 2-14-21. Waited 3 months for the mattress to come in and got a call saying the mattress was discontinued. So went and picked up crib, dresser, and chest 3-27-21. Chest was damaged, so made a second trip to Romeoville to exchange chest. Got there and the warehouse people pulled two more chest and they were both damaged. They “fixed” one by taking parts off the damaged ones and it wasn’t right. Took it home anyways since I wasn’t going to not take anything back home. Ever since I have been waiting for an exchange and get lied to on a monthly basis saying it will be in the next month. As of 1-21-22 got told the replacement wouldn’t be in until 3-18-22. Also have called customer service and have gotten told I can’t get my money refunded. They keep telling me that I can exchange it for something else, but they obviously don’t understand that it’s a set. Also got insulated by customer service saying they will deduct $100 off for something that won’t even function properly.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would I purchased 4 bedroom sets in May In August my King size bed collapsed right down the middle of the slats clearly it's a defect in the wood my sons full size bed all his legs broke off his bed! I have been trying since Aug to get this fixed. A manager refuses to contact me there solution was to bring a metal frame and stuck it inside a frame that does not go inside of there until they can fix it that's what I was told! keep in mind I also purchased a warranty it's just insane how difficult it is to get a solution resolved and how horrible communication is! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE I will never spend another dime at this place! Waste of money and time!
