If there was a ZERO STAR that is what I’d rate them. RV was left to have some interior repairs done. They took way too long came back with a bill almost 3 times the bid amount. Never called for adjustment of charges, just thought they could ram up bill as high as that wanted! Very unprofessional, cheap quality repairs. Left more of a mess than they did help and now it will cost triple to have fixed properly elsewhere! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS, it’s just the same as flushing your money down the toilet except the latter is better because you know how much your flushing. Have absolutely no business doing business.
Absolutely garbage of a company. Greg the tech was awesome, but management wants to make sure they get a little extra cash when the customer is a woman or doesn’t know better. Very disappointed. And then to top it off they didn’t even do what i asked asked. 600$ in labor for 88$ in parts. They are price gougers!!
These folks get 5-stars because of their customer service. Everyone there was super helpful and very nice. The work on our Lance 1172 was excellent. They still have a way to go on learning the ins-and-outs of Lance RVs but I think they will be a great addition to the Lance family.
DEAR BRIAN, I pray that the Lord Blesses you with a better attitude the next time a customer calls you. Because you sir were rude & very unhelpful. I get it we are all human & we have bad days but come on. I hope you will remember for next time , that just because you didn't have what I needed this time doesn't mean I wont need something again but that's OK I'll look somewhere else & believe me word of mouth is how we grow our businesses. First time here to Morrison for there service department got there at 440 and Brian was super nice and helpful. Dropped off our Lance for service. They have a few on the lot for sale. Will be back here to let everyone know how it goes.
Horrible customer service horrible service in general. I dropped off my coach for warranty work of which they said they could handle. They inspected it for probably 20 minutes but billed me for 2.5 hours and said everything was fine. Took it to a different location and had everything fixed perfectly. I will never bring any of my units here or will I recommend them to anyone. When I asked for exclamations the owner Frank stated he would call me back but never did such two additional phone calls attempting to get in touch with him were met with negative results
Got some lighting for my motor home that no one else had 1987 HMC can order parts to others like Camping World ect can't go that far back.
Frank and his team is incredible! I've had so much help with our RV. Thank you all. I recommend Morrison's to the highest degree. I'm a newby in the RV world and they have helped me learn the many operations of this RV world- from emptying the black tank to operating the RV on gas. I've had much enjoyment from my RV because of Morrison's excellent service and their teaching me its operations. i wish I could give ore than 5 stars.
