I went a manicure, pedicure, massage and facial. There was no hot water at the hotel at all so I wasnt able to get the pedicure, but the massage and facial were amazing. I didnt like my manicure and here's why. I couldn't tell how uneven the gel polish was until after I left. It's very bumpy and doesnt look professional at all. I had 3 tips put on, but 1 tip only last 20 hours, and broke off while I was brushing my hair. They are closed today and tomorrow, and I have no clue why I didnt check the length of each nail. Not to mention the sides are not smoothed out so I dont know if I should file it or not. Overall I loved every part of my visits EXCEPT the manicure. I wish I would've seen the other lady, because I feel like she would've done a much better job.

The salon is pretty small and very chill, I always have a relaxing time here. I go to Hope to get my nails done and she always does such a great job! She is so precise with all the details and she is very gentle unlike alot of other nail techs!. She is also super friendly and just alot of fun to talk to! She did exactly what I wanted and it looks so beautiful! I'm OBSESSED with these nails!!!

Hope did an amazing job with my Brazilian wax, she was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Very thorough with her work, she even plucked the hairs she missed! Definitely go to Hope if you get any waxing!

I received a gift certificate, that was set to expire in a few days. The staff was VERY helpful in making sure I used it before the expiration day, so thank you very much!! Now on to the actual place...I went in not really expecting 5 , it's in some what of a run down hotel. The actual spa was relaxing. Unfortunately, I wasn't really coming for the relaxing part. I seen Stephanie for a waxing, which she was very reassuring in the whole process. I was then passed onto Hope for my pedicure. I was offered something to drink and snacks. I passed on the snacks and asked for water. I was handed lukewarm tap water. The actual pedicure was okay, could've paid my child to give same experience. I walked in to repair my crusty feet, and walked out with the same crusty feet. Didn't realize it, till that night when I got home and the lotion dried. Unfortunately,  I won't be going back for a pedicure. All in all I would go back for a waxing, but that unfortunately would be all.

I really enjoyed my experience at The Sanctuary. My massage experience with Justin was amazing! Hope, was engaging while I was getting my pedicure. They were both very friendly and professional. A great and relaxing atmosphere!

This was my first time going to this spa. My friend recommended it and I finally decided to go. I booked a facial with Monique. She took the time to cater my facial for my skin needs and talked me through the process. She also was very careful & accommodating since I am expecting. I felt so pampered and relaxed. She even massaged my neck and shoulders with my facial. Price was very reasonable! Quality was amazing! I feel and look so refreshed! Would love to try their other services! I will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone in the Fayetteville area!

I have a gift card to this location. I have tried calling to make an appointment and even left a message and no one ever called me back. Now the phone number does not work at all. I called the hotel and they said it is permanently closed. I would like to get in touch with someone that can give me a refund for this gift card.
