Scully has made payments so hard to make. Portal doesn’t work. Always wrong amounts or completely missing or just won’t accept payments. Be careful signing lease. You release all rights to photos, videos, audio of yourself. Company is given full rights to do anything that choose to do with your likeness. You cannot sue them or approve any uses.
I looked at these reviews before I moved in and thought it would be a good place to live. I have a hard time believing that any of these reviews are real. I haven't even been here 6 months and I've had several broken appliances, leaks in multiple places in the apartment, and countless other issues. I have had over 20 issues with my apartment and it hasn't even been 6 months. Half the stuff is broken, the apartment is in terrible shape, and there is a serious maintenance issue that occurs at least every 2 weeks. The emergency maintenance line doesn't even work either - they just hang up on you. Please don't even bother signing a lease here it's ridiculous how much I pay for this apartment for these conditions.
Just moved out after living there for 2.5 years. Absolutely loved living there! Location is perfect and close to everything. Brandon, the property manager, is incredibly responsive and handled covid related issues and delays very well. Great community in the building! After living in a series of buildings with non-responsive staff, living in the Sansom was a dream. Maintenance requests are all filled within 24 hours and the doorman is incredibly friendly and helpful with anything you may need.
Easiest Review I’ve had to write. I had to relocate from Michigan to Philly and it couldn’t have been made better by the individuals I worked with at the Sansom. First, they FaceTime reviewed the apartment with me and made themselves available to schedule an in person view with great flexibility. The location is great, but here’s why we’ve really been impressed. We had furniture delivered. Since I am still in Michigan until our drive date we weren’t able to receive it. Brandon at the front desk moved an entire sectional into my apartment for me when my family and friends were unavailable at 6pm on a Saturday. No questions asked. I don’t remember experiencing customer service like this. I could go on about Hussein and Jackie and the amount or emails and calls that they have helped me with in coordinating a smooth move. It could not have been done without them and while we haven’t slept a night in our place yet, I’m very encouraged and confident based on my first experience that this was the right decision.
The entire process was easy and informative thanks to Jackie Bowler. I am very happy with my new rental. The front desk is reliable and the management is readily available. The location is great, and I feel completely safe in my apartment.
We could not have been happier with the leasing team at The Sansom. They made the experience of touring, applying and approval seamless. The virtual tour was very helpful and our questions were answered both thoroughly and timely. A pleasure to work with!!!
Very nice place. Security is good. The street is blocked off but good access. I was at the front desk putting another phone line in. The space for mail and packages is very questionable but I guess the security cameras will pick it up. Very nice building.
Great place to live! Management company has been helpful and responsive! Would recommend to anybody looking for a place to live in center city. The windows are great- we don't hear any street noise.
The apartment is located in a recently renovated building. Inside the building there are people who normally reside and other apartments belonging to the Stay Alfred group. The neighborhood is quiet, a 7-8 minute walk from downtown Philly. In the street of the hotel there are numerous restaurants and places to eat. At the reception there is always a boy who checks who enters. Super spacious apartment, well furnished and spotlessly clean. Check in and check out were very easy. Absolutely recommended if you want to find a slightly cheaper solution. Super value for money!
