Came to the Schwabenhof for the Steve Meisner Celebration of Life. The whole place is amazing. The food they served was wonderful as was the service. This is a real jewel of Wisconsin.Food: 5/5

So my experience at The Schwabenhof is mixed The food an atmosphere is good . I'm just very sad that they don't serve any German food.
My friend and I came in to dine a few Fridays ago and nearly everything about the experience was unimpressive. We sat at the bar and weren’t seen by either bartender they were both busy BS’ing until a customer at the other end of the bar pointed us out after nearly ten minutes. Service was okay after we were acknowledged. The menu was extremely limited and neither the burger nor the fish fry were anything we’d return for.
Attended the Father's Day Picnic. Great music, drinks, food and dancing! A fun space to bring your own board games and leashed dog.
Great german-style beer garden. Nice selection of classic German beers. Good and reasonably-priced food. Great outdoor seating area. Fantastic accordion player. This is the perfect spot to wind down after a long day.
We go for the fish fry. We have eaten there and have done carry out. Fish is always good. Their French Fries have a great seasoning/flavor. Prices are a little high but I think that's now due to supply issues. I got 5 dinners carry out tonight and it was $80. It has a nice atmosphere that is slightly outdated but I like that more than a big chain restaurant anyways.
Plenty of room at the beer garden and pavilion! Swing set for the kiddos to play on while the adults enjoy a beer and listen to music. Some food available.
Unfortunately I cannot say how our experience was, because we never had one. I understand that it is hard for companies to find good employees to work and earn an honest living. Please make sure everyone who reads this thanks their local Democrat. The reason I gave 2 stars on this rating is because there were no signs, nothing on their website or anything about how they were only taking to go orders. For a family of four, who has never been to this establishment, maybe we wouldn't have driven the 20 mins to this establishment if we had some knowledge.
