The Scrub Hub

I recently had some of my uniform pieces altered here. She did an excellent job! To my knowledge this is the only tailor currently working in Searcy. If you need something tailored, I highly recommend this place.

I went into the store today knowing what I wanted and an older lady asked me if I needed help, and I didn’t so I said no. She kept following my mom and I and was very overbearing, I felt uncomfortable. She kept bothering my mom and I 5 TIMES. The last time she had asked, I told her I didn’t need help, I just wanted to shop and look around, she sighed and said “you know that’s my job” to which I replied, if I needed help I would ask, but I know what I want. She was very rude. And a much older woman at check out was being very rude and racist to my mother and I. My mom didn’t have her glasses and the lady got mad when my mom asked her to repeat the total. Also, I had ordered a pair of pants scrubs and it had been a month, every time id call they told me they weren’t in if I didn’t get a text message. When I went in the store today, they finally went to look in the back and there they were…and I never got a message lol. this is the worst service I have ever experienced and very unorganized. I will be finding a new place to get scrubs.

Hemmed jeans but 18 bucks a pair that is crazy trying to get rich from one person.

I will never step foot in that store again, I was trying to exchange a set of scrubs for another size, the older lady in the store was very rude, repeatedly questioning where I got the scrubs although I had my receipt, she followed me around the store as she continued to question me, I've never felt so uncomfortable, it was like she thought I had not bought them and was doing something sneaky...I walked out, contacted the owner who is exchanging the uniform for correct size and bringing them to my place of work but I will never go back, they need to take a look at their customer service, Scrubs are very expensive and I will shop somewhere else.

I have only been there for alterations and they do a great job. I have looked around a little. They have a huge selection of scrubs.

I’m amazed at the unprofessionalism of this place. While in the dressing room, I heard the owner talking to an employee about my appearance. If you’re going to talk bad about a customer, at least make sure you’re more than 10 feet away from where they’re standing. So, so rude. Will not be returning.

I am a nurse and was shopping for new uniforms. I stopped in the store 3/6/2019. It was an older Caucasian lady working. As I was looking around, she ask me very rudely “what are you looking for? “. She asked me this twice. I told her I was really just wanting to look around to see what the store had available and on sale. She just walked away. I was treated so rudely, I decided to leave. It wasn’t how I was treated is what has me so upset. It is what she did when I was leaving the store. Since I was totally ignored, I decided not to purchase anything from your store. As I walked out to get in my car, the lady ran to the door looking at me as if I had stolen something. It was very degrading. You have a great selection of uniforms. I was in the market to purchase at least 5 sets of greys anatomy uniforms. I say to your company please tell the lady that worked 3/6/2019, to please treat all customers with respect regardless of their race. She certainly shouldn’t follow customers to the door and stare them down as they leave. She was very disrespectful. You would think these stereotypes and prejudice would be over by now, really it is 2019. Thank you,

Good selection of retail scrubs. Very helpful employees! They gave us some good restaurant recommendations too.

Machines take ur money don't give u change back no one here to fix the problem I will not return here worst car wash ever
