The Sephardic Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is nationally known and recognized as one of the finest Nursing and Rehabilitation Centers in the Country. Community based services are provided through our L'Chaim Adult Day Health Care Center. We have been asked by the New York State Department of Health to share our knowledge and programs with other long term health care facilities. We consistently provide superlative care to our residents.
Our mission at Sephardic Nursing & Rehabilitation Center Short-term care unit is to provide our residents with the tools needed to relearn the skills required to get them back to their lives and able to re-enter their communities.
