I wasn't sure what kind of window coverings I wanted for our newly remodeled bathroom we have Hunter Douglas blinds, wood blinds and shutters and drapes but had never bought shades. I am THRILLED with my new shades and I am thoroughly impressed with the customer service I received. Adam Medart my salesperson was awesome! Mo the meticulous installer was amazing. Good service seems to be on the endangered list these days but the Shade Store seems to take it very seriously. Shout out to Jim Sauter as well for the help!
I highly recommend working with The Shade Store! Our designer Susie at the Fashion Island store, is a true design expert. She was able to guide us into making the best decisions. They had beautiful options to choose from and could customize in every aspect. The ordering time was very reasonable, easy scheduling and their in-house installers were very professional with great execution. We ordered various roller shades for our entire house, some motorized. From start to finish, service + quality of product + installation we could not be happier. We will definitely work with The Shade Store again on any future projects!
This is my first time buying window treatments and i needed them for an entire house. I walked in and Stephanie was kind and helpful right from the start. She had great ideas and suggestions and helped me feel at ease with the purchase. She and her crew were always available if I had any questions with the process of design, delivery or install. The installers were professional. I also needed something changed and the company helped me out with all my needs. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Stephanie and your crew.
You get what you pay for, and though the Shade Store’s blinds are most likely more expensive than big box stores and other budget blind vendors, the quality of their products and the extraordinary customer service they provide will certainly satisfy the most discerning customer. I purchased some motorized blinds from the Shade Store for a number of windows in my master bedroom and a bathroom, and the experience was so satisfying that I bought additional blinds from them for my second bedroom. I worked with Adam, who helped me select the best fabric for the blinds I wanted and quickly scheduled a measurement appointment from a technician that showed up on time and finished quickly. He scheduled my install for a few weeks after the measurement, but when the blinds arrived early I love a company that under promises and over delivers, he worked with me to move the installation up to an earlier date. The installation tech was also punctual, and worked quickly but efficiently to install all the blinds I ordered, then showed me how to use the remote control to open individual blinds or open/close them all at once. I had a similar experience with the second order I placed - the blinds arrived early and Adam helped facilitate an earlier instal, which also went very smoothly. Most importantly, the blinds look great - less expensive blinds from other contractors can look a little wrinkled and have some frayed edges. Not these - they look beautiful down, and are tucked away nicely at the top when up. If you are looking to install quality shades, I cannot recommend the Shade Store highly enough.
I purchased a special shade for our front door from the Shade Store in Newport Beach. The ordering process was very easy, and the shade arrived on time. After we installed the shade we weren’t sure it was correct, and when I checked in with Adam he immediately had an installer come out and verify everything was in fact correct. Would highly recommend the Shade Store and they will be our first option for shades in the future.

Susie Kerr was our saleswoman from the Newport Center Shade Store and she went above and beyond with her customer service. She was helpful in deciding our colors and products we used. She was patient, beyond patient, as we made our selections and purchased our shades. She researched our Lutron needs and was with us every step of the way! Her install gentlemen were on time, efficient and very knowledgeable! The installers were Steve, Seyed and Moe. A huge shout out to each of them. They, too, were awesome.
