I wanted some shades for a bathroom and bedroom and went to The Shade Store based on the recommendation of a friend. My shades were installed last week and I love them. Karen was a great help in picking out fabrics and making suggestions on what would work best in each room. The men who came to measure and install the blinds were also very professional. All in all it was a happy and stress free experience.
Shade store excelled on all fronts. The store staff Michele was very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy whatsoever . Installment team was superb and clean plus on time. Equally important the service team was available quickly to do small adjustments I needed after installation. I am a long term customer for over a decade and couldn’t be happier!
I have worked with the Shade Store many times over the years. In the past there have been mistakes, although they are always great about making it right. Today, I had the most perfect and gorgeous install of ripple fold floor to ceiling drapes on a ceiling mounted track. I worked with Michele Morimoto of the Wellesley Store and couldn't be happier. The install team was incredibly kind and professional and I couldn't be happier with the results....and even better, my clients feel the same!
My experience at the Shade Store in Wellesley has been wonderful. The quality of the curtains and the timeliness they get installed is awesome. Michele, who helped me, is extremely knowledge, so helpful, and kind. This has brought me back for 3 separate projects!
The expert measures and installations make all the difference. Really enjoying the increasing selection of high quality materials to choose from. Michele in Wellesley showroom had been a great asset and partner in my design projects.
I’ve had a disaster experience with the shade store. I spent over $50k on shades and have had issues since the day they were installed without any success on remedies. The shade store app does not work well for automatic scheduling. The Wi-Fi hubs are advertised to work within 250 feet. Mine are next to each of the rooms and still doesn’t work. The hubs are an eye soar. The customer service has been abysmal. I’ve had a tech at my house 4 times and still having issues with functionality. Buyer beware. I do not wish this experience on anyone. I am an understanding person and hate to leave bad reviews without giving a chance to fix issues. After giving multiple attempts to beg for corporate to fix my problems, I have no other option but to warn others. I strongly suggest going with another provider!
I'm an appreciative customer. So grateful a friend recommended them. Top quality service and an even more quality product. It was difficult finding a solution for my rather large sized windows but after a quick online consultation I knew I'd found the right set of roller shades. Wall-sized, motorized 1% opacity black solar shades for the win!
We needed blinds and shades for our entire new home and we knew given the experience that the Shade Store would be our choice given their quality of blinds and ease of purchasing and installation processes. We went with the Wellesley location and worked seamlessly with Michele Morimoto, and from start to finish our experience was positive. We were able to pick out shades and blinds we liked and all the colors we chose went very well with our new home. We are extremely happy with the products we bought, in addition to the purchasing and customer experience we had with Michele. Definitely go with the Shade Store if you want exceptional service and a lifelong quality of product!
I had a wonderful experience at The Shade Store! I'm thrilled with our shades, love the motorized and really enjoyed working with Michelle. She was incredibly knowledgeable, fun to work with, and came up with a great strategy for some of our trickier windows. Would highly recommend and plan to use again in the future!
The shade store, Wellesley location was a great place to go for our window treatments. We worked closely with Michele and she was just amazing. She took time to understand our taste and what we were looking for in each room and guided us accordingly. Their selection is vast and they have something for every budget. We did few rooms at a time and are happy on how they have turned out.
