The Shake Cafe Nutrition Center of Blue Springs

Southside Nutrition was conveniently close to my gym and right across the street from Plowboys on 7 highway. Laura showed me the robust menu of shakes and teas so I decided with the double stuffed Oreo protein shake. It was delicious! Thanks again Laura for the great recommendation and good luck out there in Odessa!

It's a cool vibe and service is so friendly BUT the actual flavors of their drinks are weird. Their added blends are kind of sour, like the flavor of too much artificial sweetener. Their menu is also too confusing and prices aren't listed. It's not my favorite but hopefully others like it and they are successful.Food: 1/5

I stopped by to check out Southside and got a shake and tea. They were both awesome! There were tons of options to choose from so I will most definitely be going back. The service was top notch, helpful, and friendly!

Corbin was friendly and insightful! If I visit again, it will largely be a result of the great customer service I received.

They go around and put coupons in car doors all the time and it’s becoming super annoying. Please stop putting coupons on people’s car doors please. Not interested in your store.

The Key Lime Pie Shake was absolutely Amazing!!! The staff is very helpful. Clean atmosphere. I love it!
