Shipley Farms came up on my Google search for dry aged steak. I ordered the 16 oz ribeye, burgers and flank. The prices were very reasonable. More so than in a grocery store and the quality is superb. I live in Pa so the shipping was a little pricey but after receiving my order it's totally worth it! It took 2 days after being shipped to arrive and the meat came frozen. I made the ribeye tonight and the marbeling... It was just enough. I seared it in my cast iron, put it in the oven for 15 min for a med rare and after taking it out I spooned some roasted garlic, fresh thyme and butter over it. I'm looking forward to eating the rest of the meat this week! I highly recommend!!!
