It's underground. Enter the Scotiabank building from the King entrance and take the escalator down. Immediately take a left and look for the sign that says First Canadian Place. The store is right behind the sign to the left hand side. Online prices seem to be better than store prices and the return policy is a bit of a headache.
When Walmart has better quality shoes than this place :. I bought a pair of George dress shoes for almost $90 and they didn’t even last as long as the George dress shoes I bought from Walmart. These shoes lasted me 2 months not even and they ended up looking like this! Literally ripping at the seems
Store is located in the PATH Scotia Plaza concourse. NOT AT STREET LEVEL! It's easiest to enter from the Scotiabank building the big, tall red one! and head down the escalator. Once there, hang a left and walk to the end of the hallway marked "First Canadian Place" - the store is on the left hand side! If you hit Winners, you've walked in the OPPOSITE direction! They are located across from Lattitudes Hair Salon, Aroma Espresso Bar, and Playtime Toys. 20/10 definitely worth a visit if you're in need of shoes. And they carry kids/toddler shoes! It's so hard to find kid friendly shops in the heart of downtown. Also, did you know that if you LOVE DSW, they can order for you from in-store and ship it directly to your house, and shipping is FREE! Ask an associate in store, it's 200% easier than ordering online. :
Okay shoe store for basic footwear. Styles are so-so. Don't expect to find anything unique or high quality. Shop only offers "safe" selection of designs. Women's selection is twice as large as men's. They also have a small selection of socks, scarves and handbags.
Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. It is always a joy to visit. They will place a special order for shoes if they do not have what you want in stock. I always leave feeling taken care of. Would recommend this location, even if you have to travel to get to it. Store is a little difficult to find if you’re not familiar with the PATH but a quick call to the store and the staff will offer directions or even come out to find you.
excellent! Staff at this store was super friendly to help me look for my size and recommended shoes for me. Although one particular shoes ran out of my size, but she was really helpful!! I bought that size from their online store later on, but the staff recommended my shoes size, which allowed me to pay online without hesitation!!
Failed to get help selecting shoes. Ended up with wrong shoes, but mostly my fault, but did not receive the sale support I needed to choose the right shoes.
They need to have better business hours. Many people work Monday to friday. They don't open Saturdays and Sundays and they only open till 5
It's hard to find the store as it's underground and prices are little high compared to the online store
Nice collection of shoes for reasonable prices, especially winter shoes with clear temperature ratings. I found Arctic Tracks boots to be nice while not being pricey. The staff is helpful and friendly too.
