Shopping, dining and entertainment destination with six restaurants and dozens of stores in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma
In December, 2014, the residents of Broken Arrow, OK, a suburb of Tulsa, were thrilled when a brand-new 18-plex Warren Theater opened at The Shops at Aspen Creek. The first entertainment anchor boasts $40 million dollars’ worth of luxurious finishes, including one of the largest screens in the Tulsa area at 100 feet wide by 50 feet tall. There are five different ways to experience a movie, two restaurants, a game room and a cry room. In-theater dining, reserved seating, recliner seats with seat heaters and individual armrests, and custom-curved screens are other highlights.
The highly anticipated opening of the Warren Theater was just the beginning of more great offerings to come. The Shops at Aspen Creek is planned to be a 400,000 SF shopping, dining and entertainment destination with several restaurants and dozens of stores in addition to multi-family residences. The Signorelli Company recently announced the sale of a 13-acre site to Griffin Properties of Fort Smith, Kansas for construction of a 277-unit multi-family development called The Reserve at Aspen Creek. The three-story, garden-style apartments are now in design and construction is expected to begin in September with a mid-2016 opening planned.
