Welcome to The Silly Yak Bakery! Our Certified Gluten-Free Kitchen operates 4 days a week! On Mondays we do our speciality allergy baking with egg-free/casein-free/gluten-free (EFCFGF) and casein-free-/gluten-free (CFGF) items. Tuesdays & Fridays are our two largest GF baking days featuring items from our Walk In Bake Schedule. On Wednesdays we make our pizzas.
