The sauna was immaculate and very upscale in appearance and comfort. Calming room and clean as if never been used before. The IV drip area was super comfy also. The front desk lady was glowing w an inviting smile and the Nurse admin the drips even smalltalked my 16 yr old who had a bad migraine. Very minimal waiting time. Only thing I wished was different were the high prices of the drips. The botox price and sauna was fair mkt price. They were just so good I want to be able to have moreGreat overall. I just got a Microdermabrasion Deluxe Facial with Krisiti and it was wonderful!  She spent the full 90 minutes on me I've been to other places where they seem to finish 10 minutes early and I feel a bit cheated.  Although the outside it really unassuming and you wonder where the spa is, the inside is very nice and relaxing.  The receptionist was very friendly, the moment I was done filling out the paperwork, Kristi was ready for me. One of the products she used I had a reaction to- which was a surprise to me because I've had a lot of a facials in my life. But she quickly wiped it off and calmed my face down. I was recently gifted with a sauna and facial at The Skin Bar. I don’t often pamper myself like this so I  was a bit nervous and didn’t know what to expect. Well….when I walked in the door the pampering began……..they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I had my facial with Anna and she was wonderful. Just can’t say enough about how relaxing and special they make you feel. Everyone should try the Skin Bar….you will not be disappointed.

I called and got the price for filler. Made an appt and got the filler the same day; after the treatment, I was told a price $300 more than original amount told to me over the phone. I have no problem with the service, just am getting nowhere in resolving this. I had taken notes from my phone call on three items and was told I had not been told any of the three prices. I really feel like this is an injustice. Beware. Now they tell me I should have verified when I came for the appt. I thought that was why I called initially.

The only thing I can say is if you are going to advertise a service and expect full payment for this service, then you should receive the full service. I had a custom relaxation facial. The Esthetician was very nice and did a great job on the facial, but I did not receive the full service. The service was to include a "relaxing massage on hands & feet while masking". This part of the service was not provided. This was part of the reason I chose this service and was disappointed. The Esthetician left the room while I was masking. I am not the type of person to say anything during or after the service, but I shouldn't have to mention a part of the service you advertise as being included in order for it to be done. This is the reason I would not recommend the Skin Bar. These services are not cheap and you should receive the full service as advertised, especially if you expect returning customers. I was looking for a place to get regular skin care, but The Skin Bar will not be the place.

Booked an appointment with Jessica for last Friday  took off work only for her to text me to say something came up and could we reschedule. Sure, rescheduled for the following Friday, same time, for her to text me at 12:30 appt at 4:30 that she was out of Botox. I asked about Dysport instead, for her to say , with her packed schedule, she would probably be out of that as well.  Messaged again  just to see if she had any left and could still do the appt and it was no, have to cancel!

I had the TMJ treatment from Kara this past week and LOVED it. Kara was incredibly personable and made me feel completely comfortable during the procedure. I highly recommend it for anyone who has struggled with TMJ problems.
