The Skinny Dip Frozen Yogurt Bar at Kempsville

The variety of frozen yogurt was pretty good, mostly standard common flavors and not any unusual or super unique ones. Each flavor tasted great though. The weight can definitely quickly add up as you add toppings onto your already large yogurt.

The frozen yogurt is delicious! They have a wide range of toppings including fruits, candy, and nuts. Place could have been a little cleaner especially at the topping self-serve area, but I'm sure that is something that is difficult to keep up with at all times of the day. Worth the stop!

Friendly staff! This place is close to home and never too crowded so it's the perfect place to bring the kids or the whole family for a sweet treat! 10 options of ice cream to choose from with 48 different toppings to choose from not including syrups and whip cream yes I counted! Lol. They also have a coffee machine now which just made this place perfect for adults! Coffee and dessert just go hand in hand!

The best fro-yo anywhere, especially the Fruity Pebbles flavor! They sit on the Fro-yo Throne.

Extremely rude staff. Went in with my daughter and we were the only people there and the woman behind the counter couldn’t even be bothered to say “hi” — even after we said it first.

Went this evening and disappointed doesn’t quite sum up the experience. First, we were the only people there yet every table was dirty. Floor, tables, and counters were all dirty. The yogurt flavors were eh and the first two that we tried came out almost like liquid, not frozen at all. The toppings were stale, and the cheesecake bites tasted sour and I threw mine away. The two employees were friendly, however with us being the only patrons in the building, could have used their time more wisely and cleaned and wiped down the tables and swept the floor so it looked more inviting to people coming in. Won’t choose this location again, Hanbury is always clean and the flavors are much better and are always frozen!

I used to love this place, but after visiting yesterday I have learned that it has gone downhill to say the least. I'm not kidding when I say that Every . Single . Table . was Dirty. It looked like a complete dump. There was one worker who was in the back the entire time other than when we paid. You would think she would see the tables and floors needed some work and jump on that. I even made a comment and.. nothing. The candy and animal cookies were stale that we had. All around just not a good look and just not a great experience. Doubt we will come back.

I love that there was signage up front about the allergy ingredients but I had picked a couple off the sign and when I turned to the machines, the flavors weren't there. All the machines had basic flavors. The clerk was feiendly and helpful.

Customers don't return when half the machines and therefore half the flavors are available. Paid way too much to get yogurt flavors that I didn't particularly want. With new competition for dessert across the street, lack of available options is a problem. I won't return, nor recommend.
