As a former gym owner from Miami World of Fitness and Profitness I m very satisfied with the service provided by the owner BIG John at this gym, and the friendly approach of the members. The equipment is good enough for any purpose and has an array of different machines which in many cases the old school design is superior to the new machines I experienced in Fitness Centers like LA Fitness..If anyone wants to train hard and concentrate in a real workout this is a good gym to be.

I like it! It is a true lifters gym. Nothing pretty but it's got weights and machine so go there and get to lifting!
