"The Slide Inn" serves Modern American cuisine with a global twist , items such as house brined sauerkraut, and apple strudel. Our hamburgers will be made of free range, hormone free meats. Come try our tofu-curry and brown rice vegetable burger it's gotten high marks! On the heartier side, we will feature items such as Hungarian goulash served with spatzle. We will be baking our own pretzels, and will have plenty of German tap beers as well as bottled beer.
We also serve brunch on both Saturday and Sunday from 9-2:30pm.
I highly recommend the Kaiserschmarrn. A light fluffy pancake baked in the oven with either raisins or apples, cut into small pieces and then dusted with powered sugar.
The setting will be mid century mod, complete with a couple of vintage 1970's electric fireplaces to keep you comfortable during any time of the year.
