Upon walking in I was greeted by a lovely receptionist and the rest of the staff was incredibly friendly so it was a very inviting feeling. Dr. Pan was one of the most informative and efficient dentists I have ever been to in my life. He made an extraction quick, easy, and practically painless all in under 1 hour. I highly recommend his services to anyone at his locations! My angel
This was my first time seeing Dr. Lee. I had an emergency, two teeth needed to have root canal done. She was very patient and took her time to evaluate the situation. She took several x-rays until she felt she was certain what the issue was. I agreed to do the work right there and then. Understand, I have a terrible fear of going to the dentist...Dr. Lee Made me so comfortable throughout the procedure, which took a while because it was 2 teeth. She obviously is a seasoned professional who knows her stuff and has a wonderful bed side manor. I highly recommend her, she defiantly put me at ease.. I truly feel so lucky to have gone there on that day and her take care of me!
The office, staff, and doctor is Amazing! I was recommended to this office by my sister. I already recommended a family member to the office while making my other appointment. I really appreciated not feeling judged nor did they try to push me to do a bunch of procedures-especially since I thought my secondary insurance was not going to cover anything and went there with the intention of paying out-of-pocket for the visit, X-ray, and procedure. Thank you all for making this visit superb, fast, and pain-free.
Today was the first time I went to Smilist Dental in Massapequa. I went for a check up and cleaning. Everything went extremely well. The Dental hygienist was very thorough and explained everything she saw and then explained how to maintain exactly what I have been doing. Dr Lee looked at my teeth and was very thorough with her examination as well. She explained what she was doing and why she was was doing this during her examination. I was very pleased with the whole experience.
Had such a great experience. I had my tooth extracted by Dr Pan and I felt no pain. It was so quick and easy I didn’t even know it was done! Everyone was so nice and very helpful. I definitely recommend going to them.
Everyone I spoke to was very friendly. The oral surgeon, Dr. Zeidman, worked quickly and was very comforting through the process even though I was extremely terrified. i highly recommend coming to the smilist; especially if you’re like me and have a bit of anxiety when it comes to dental work :
I went to get my wisdom teeth remove and I was freaking out but they were absolutely amazing with me! Dr. Pan and Anthony were so nice and explained with detail all the steps and at the end the procedure took 5minutes! I will 100% come back with them! They are the best!
My mom saw Dr.Pan the oral surgeon last week for two extractions. He explained the procedure and how she should get bone for her extractions. He offered her a very good price for both treatments!! While doing the extraction he made sure my mom was comfortable the entire time. My mom felt very comfortable especially with her fear of the dentist she did not feel anything! I would recommend Dr.Pan to anyone who is in need of an oral surgeon and is on a tight budget!!!
Was going to have implant. I did impression and they said it’d take one week to receive the flipper. I have been calling asking when I can pick up the flipper. The first call, the receptionist said she doesn’t know where my flipper is…someone will call me back later. At the second call, she told me someone will call me later again, but no one called me!! All I need to do is pick up the flipper at the clinic simple as that. I don’t understand why it’s so difficult in this clinic. The flipper costed me $350 and I can’t wear it immediately when it’s available? They have really bad arrangements and communication…
Massapequa location was a great experience. Brittany at the front desk was very informative and welcoming. The staff made us feel very comfortable. My 15 year old son had 4 teeth pulled at one time. Dr. Pan was quick and easy.
