The Smooth Shop

My visor arrived damage and I can't get any help from The Smooth Shop. I think it is really cute and would like another one sent to me. Not very good customer service!

Strange to think that a Californian is shopping at a store in Utah for surf gear- but it is true and very much worth it!! This store carries a great selection of surf style clothing and most important- their customer service, shipping times, shipping fees and prices are amazing ! I am so glad that I accidentally found this store online and will always check them first for selection and deals. I even had an exchange and they were fast, efficient and VERY helpful in finding replacements .

I was in Buckle and really liked a hat I saw but was overpriced. I took to the internet and The Smooth Shop was one of the first to show it had that same hat for about $15 cheaper. I couldn’t believe it. I took a look at some shorts I’ve wanted for awhile too to go on sale in store. Again, greatly priced on The Smooth Shop. Fast & easy shipping, definitely take a look at their website. Will be a regular on here for my summer attire needs!

They had the best price I could find and I got the order within a week. HOWEVER, the order was wrong. The product description said black pullover and I was sent a heather gray one. Now I have to go through the hassle of returning it and finding it elsewhere.

Came across this website after searching for a pair of haviana sandals that my daughter wanted. I was going to order them from Nordstroms but The Smooth shop had them for $15.00 less and free shipping. They came fast and my daughter loved them. Will be ordering from them again in the future

I found a pair of Volcom shorts at an outlet store and loved them them so much that I went searching online for more. I came across this site and found exactly what I was looking for at the same price as the outlet. I recieved my order very quickly after placing it. I'm very satisfied with this shop and plan on using them more often.

These guys are great to deal with. I was sent an incorrect item by accident and Smooth Shop went above and beyond to take care of the error. I buy a ton of gear online and I was very impressed with their service. I will buy from them again!
