The Social NPR

Out of state….looking forward to our next trip in!! We absolutely love the food, drinks specials are great but I fell in love with their BOURBON Whiskey Bar…the choices are amazing if you are a bourbon lover!! I don’t want to say my favorite so you don’t drink it all on me but they have very good varieties! The level of entertainment you want depends on What day of the week you go! Every time we go it’s a blast! The management and staff are outstanding!! They are all fun great people! I have no complaints……..can’t wait to be there in less than a month….get ready NPR!!!

A friend recommended this place due to the atmosphere and it did not disappoint. The rooftop has a great view, plenty of TVs and channels, great music and the bar staff is super friendly. The first time I visited was on the weekend and it was very busy on the rooftop but the bartenders were on top of things to my surprise. The two young men behind the bar with the long hair I believe their names were Eric and Troy were awesome! They kept the laughs coming and never had us waiting on drinks. I will say the hosts are not the friendliest, they were chatting amongst themselves and we had to wait to be greeted. They don’t offer the warm welcoming smile you’d expect but if you can get past them the rest of the place is great. The food was good and drinks were great, they have a really big selection and each time I visit it is consistent. All in all, a great place to visit. 5 stars from me! I recommend checking it out.

Tried their brunch on Father’s Day. Place was busy but we were able to get seated right away. Our drink order took a bit of time to be delivered but it looked like only one bartender was making drinks. Our food came in a reasonable time. We like the interior, cool vibe but can’t imagine what it would be like on a Friday or Saturday night as it tends to be loud. The food was good. Nothing I’d go screaming down the street about but wouldn’t mind going back for their dinner menu. Love their cocktail menu, they have some classics with twists that sound interesting. Great little local spot!

Ate on the rooftop overlooking downtown New Port Richey on Main Street. I’ve been wanting to go here since moving back to the town. Gorgeous night on the Gulf with a nice breeze. It was the perfect spot for a Friday night nosh. Good music was playing, a nice, active and happy crowd, the bartender/wait staff seemed a little preoccupied… Not very attentive. But the drinks were great and burgers were juicy and cheesy. Great locals place in the hidden gem of a town on the Gulf.

The food is fantastic. This was my second visit and I brought my teens who loved the food too. We got a bunch of appetizers to share including the fried cheese, pretzels, buffalo cauliflower and fried green caprese. Everything was fresh and delicious. It all came out really quickly too. I got the Main Street veggie flatbread which was loaded with toppings. The flavor was great and the toppings were fresh. My kids got the goudzilla burger and the buffalo chicken tacos with a side of truffle fries and they enjoyed their food as well. We got seated quickly when we came in even though it was busy. Our server was Jonathan R. He was busy and he was still very attentive and as soon as one of our drinks was almost done, he came and brought us another without us asking. We didn’t have to wait around for anything which was nice. Service was great and friendly.

The Social in Downtown NPR is by far my favorite restaurant/bar in the area! I frequent this place often and I highly recommend it! They have live music, trivia and the food and drinks are absolutely incredible! I love the wings, the bacon blue salad, their flat breads, burgers, buffalo cauliflower and the soft pretzels are literally perfect! I'm a regular here and I have never had a single complaint for anything. As for a drink, my go-to is always the Smoke Pecan Old Fashioned! I have yet to find another bar that makes this drink. The bartenders also make great lemon drop shots and Green tea shots! The atmosphere is like no other, both upstairs and downstairs! The employees are always very welcoming, kind, hard working and very accommodating for every guest. If you haven't tried this place yet then you're missing out and I highly recommend y'all stop in sometime! Parking: There's a parking lot out back, parallel parking out front and a parking garage down the street.

Gem in downtown NPR. Showed up with a 4 top, and unfortunately, the roof was full and a 30 min wait, so we dined inside. Great atmosphere - many TVs with all types of games playing live Basketball to Cornhole Championships and live music being setup behind us. Great bar setup. Servers were nice and attentive. Ordered a few apps, a couple entrees, and a drink. The Social Mule was delicious. Zucchini fries were STELLAR and melted in your mouth. The wings were so so a bit dry even with the sauce and the sweet potato tots weren't anything to write home about. The chicken flat bread was really tasty, and the Cluck Norris wasn't bad. Their pretzel appetizer was extremely fresh and tasty. Only 4 out of five on food because the tots and wings were underwhelming. All in all, we will definitely go again as they have a huge menu, and I want to try some of the other entrees.

With a name like The Social I was expecting more of a club environment, I was completely wrong. This is definitely a visit again. We had a friends child with us and he wanted Taco Bell and was upset. The host got him exactly what he wanted even though it wasn't on the menu.Food: 5/5

I don't know how the food was we stopped in for drinks after dinner. The atmosphere was so fun. Drinks were good and very reasonably pricedService: 5/5

What an awesome experience!!! 5 stars for sure. We set up with the manager a head of time for a large group for brunch. The manager was very accommodating. Everyone raved about how delicious the food was and the server was spot on. It is obviously that The Social has an outstanding team from the manager, to the servers, to the chefs. Great time guys!
