SourceOne is a locally-based Employee Assistance Program. SourceOne helps employees solve problems and can provide information to assist with an employee's needs.
SourceOne also works with employers. We can evaluate and make recommendations when one of your employees becomes involved in a job jeopardy situation due to performance problems. We can help when you have concerns about employee violence.
In addition to traditional EAP services, SourceOne offers supervisory and management training, personnel selection and evaluation, employee satisfaction assessment, organizational risk management, customer satisfaction surveys, and executive coaching.
