My husband and I love the Four Seasons. The spa is a great experience. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They really cater to our needs. We are so grateful for such great service.
I had a massage that was wonderful. The day of your massage you can sit by the pool enjoy snacks take a swim or use the hot tub. Outside of the hot tub there is a garden where you can relax in private. It's a wonderful experience..
Our spa day started off as a 5 star review, sadly, however ended up a 2 : My sister and I had a day of pampering scheduled. Enjoyed the pool, the jacuzzi and the other amenities which were great. However, we were not expecting what happened after our massages. We were each scheduled for 5:45pm massages. The massages were wonderful. By the time we got back to the locker area for a shower and to get ready for dinner it was about 6:50pm. As we start to get ready, a staff member advises my sister and I that the spa closes at 7pm. We figured it was just a heads up, not that they were kicking us out necessarily. But, 10 minutes later another staff member comes and tells us the spa is closed, so we pretty much need to get ready as soon as possible and get out. By this time my sister and I are scrambling trying to get our belongings in order to leave the spa. We had added the hot oil scalp treatment to our massages, so washing our hair was necessary. Needless to say, we had to leave the spa with our hair dripping wet since we did not have time to dry or style our hair. We did not expect to be kicked out of the spa. If the spa has strict rules of closing right at 7pm, they should not schedule their last massage to end 10 minutes before they are going to close. It is unrealistic to have a female client shower and get ready in 10 minutes. Sad that after spending hundreds of dollars at their facility, the staff couldn't be a little more considerate and give us a few extra minutes to get ready in peace.
The Spa at Four Seasons Westlake is incredible. The staff is very professional and kind. There’s plenty of space, the locker rooms are nice, and you can use the pool/other facilities during your time there.
I was a little skeptical since hotel spas are usually generic but this place is truly special! I had the best massage in a little room with its own garden outside.. the open doors made me feel like I was actually in a garden on a padded heated table getting what I can honestly say was the best massage I have ever had from May! Then, after lounging at the spa pool in my robe, and having lunch brought out in a tray to me, I went in for an absolutely magical facial by Jamie! When I left I was floating…. The spa itself is huge with wonderful facilities and luxurious products on hand! What a day!! I can’t wait to book my next appointment!!
I love going to the Four Seasons. My treatment massage was one of the best I’ve had. Enjoying lunch by the pool was also wonderful. Upon making reservations, we were not told that the woman’s locker room was under construction, and we would be using the men’s locker room. It was a little disappointing and not quite the same. Both Jacuzzis outside were not working properly no bubbles. The inside jacuzzi was also not working. Not the “ perfect” experience that I have always had.
We come here all the time and the massages are on point. However several times the jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna have not worked. This time all three were down. Plus the lockers were reopened and they still sent me to the downstairs gym lockers. Did not feel like Four Seasons. More like A business hotel. The staff was great but experience was not what I expected for high priced massage/spa.
Enjoyed a beautiful service and that I give a 5 star. However, the service at the pool was mediocre if not poor. Outdoor bathrooms had no soap the entire day and our food order was wrong multiple times with excessive wait time. Prices on services have gone up, but service and amenities have gone down. There use to be fruit and a variety of teas available and now there is not. Shower supplies were not filled. For the prices, I expect a higher quality of service around the facility.
Highly recommend a maternity massage with Mariah. Arrive early to take advantage of the steam room and other facilities on Wednesdays as they have a special and it’s busy. Staff is friendly and go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience.
Beautiful property, great technicians. Loved to go early and relax before my treatment. Sadly, for months the spa is being "redecorated" and the lovely soft yellow walls and even the beautiful glass mosaics and artwork are being "thrown out" and now one walks down long, dark, all grey halls to cold, all grey rooms. The experience has suffered greatly.
