Description

The Spa at Shula's offers a number of services and amenities for your comfort, convenience and well-being. Our goal is to make each visit to our facility a pleasurable one.

All treatments are referred to as rituals, and most rituals will end with ringing of tingshaws (a ritual artifact utilized in Tibetan Ceremony to call forth the spirit into the here and now) Duija and Vizama are two of the custom rituals. Each ritual will commence with the client completing a Balancing Profile to determine individual needs, followed by an Elemental Nature questionnaire.

All spa technicians are trained by AVEDA.

Staff are exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. My message was amazing with hot stones and moist hot towels. Wow!!! What a birthday weekend. Pedi mani and message. The spa is full of products that are cruel free. You can sample moisturizer hand creams and exfoliants. The spa was walking distance from my hotel as well. I would definitely gice this place an A+. 4 star
The environment is nice and peaceful. The ladies in the front are super friendly, and make you feel welcomed. This was my first time at a spa, and I was really looking forward to relaxing and enjoying every second that I was about to spend my money on - especially when it was for a hefty price. However, I was out of luck and ended up with a woman who was not excited to do my face. The facial felt very rushed, and she ended up not doing the treatment that I originally wanted. I walked out disappointed, and I'm genuinely scared to give any more spas a chance.
The attention and professionalism is amazing! The atmosphere was calm, relaxing and inviting. The locker room was clean and stocked with a few toiletries for use, if needed. Ella did my massage and facial and she was great!!
My massage was cut 20 minutes short because the massage therapist was rushing to finish quickly. She was going through the massage so fast she dropped the entire tray of stones on the floor during the massage which created an extremely loud disruption. Because she was trying to finish quickly, she hurt my neck with one of the stones. She kept apologizing which made it worse because the little time I had left was spent hearing her apologizing. Overall one of the worst experiences I’ve had and I do massages quite often. I guess you get what you pay for.
They have completely remodeled the place, and it’s been a wonderful facelift. This is a great commuter spa with talented massage artists; friendly and fun quality nail technicians; and a great selection of Aveda products. Be aware that as a commuter spa, they do not have all the amenities expected at a more upscale day/resort spa, but the quality of the services you receive here are excellent.
Love that this spa is local and offers mother-daughter packages. The nail techs arr amazing and make even my young daughter comfortable. The package includes a 20 min massage, a 20 min facial and Mani-pedi for both mom and daughter. Awesome experience and nice bonding time.
Whenever I have been at the spa it’s been top notch service! From the friendly staff to the zen vibes. Definitely recommend the couples massage package. My hubby and I did it for our anniversary and it was the perfect staycation for a few hours away from home.
Nice first experience !! Had head to toe massage by katty, she really did good and felt so relaxed and rejuvenated !! Especially the spine massage, loved it. 60 mins passed in 60 secs. :D
The workers have no idea what they are doing, the body scrub was more like an uncomfortable pat down, the reflexology foot massage was more of a foot squeez session. I asked to put the champagne on ice and it was never provided. Horrible service I do not recommend this place.
Every time im here i feel very welcome, really nice staff and very professionals masseurs. Love the waiting arena very relaxing and confortable lockers w showers and clothes for you to change in. Best place in Miami Lakes
