Cancellation policy:
-24 Hr notice is required for rescheduling or cancelling appointments. Without required notice 50% of services booked will be charged.
-48 Hr notice is required for all spa packages including more than two services.
Late policy:
-If a guest is late, their appointment will be held for 15 min if we are notified.
-services will be adapted to remaining time left.
-full charges will apply
Return Policy:
-no returns after 30 days
-All products returned must have a receipt.
-All products must not be used or touched
-All pastes, creams must be free from finger marks.
-All products covered under warranties must be sent to manufacturer and not refunded after 30 days
