The Spa at Turf Valley

Amazing spa to spend the day and relax. There are so many options to choose from. It's hard to pick just one. Terrell is a stellar and professional massage therapist. I highly recommend booking your next appointment with him. Bring your bathing suit and enjoy the indoor/outdoor pool and sauna. Make a day out of it and relax.

This is a lovely spa with beautiful interior design, calming music and lovely essential essence. Technicians are excellent and the spa offer a a variety of packages, including facials, massages, and body scrubs. I went for my first spa experience here and loved every aspect of it. The technician took time to explain my citrus body scrub and Vichy shower. Whole experience was amazing!

Booked an all-day spa package for my birthday and left relaxed and refreshed. Kristin did my scrub and Vichy shower and my 90-min Swedish massage, and Joan did the facial. Both were terrific! And my lunch of a wedge salad with grilled shrimp was delicious. My sister called in a tray of chocolate sweets and champagne for me to celebrate my birthday and both were brought to me at the perfect time and what I didn't finish was stored in the refrigerator until I was ready to check out. I brought my kindle and hung out in the lounge area for about an hour after my last service and no one bugged me about it or made me feel uncomfortable for chilling there for a bit. Everyone else in the lounge area was respectful of others and kept their voices low when speaking, which they did very infrequently. This created a soothing environment. Yes, the spa's locker room is shared with hotel guests using the pool, but you don't spend much time in the locker room so who cares? I had a wonderful day and will definitely go there again. Next time, I'll try the dry sauna as well.

The staff are always incredibly kind and helpful. Every service I’ve received has been absolutely worth the money. I do wish they had a separate pool/hot tub area from the hotel guests, but I’ve only had a less than peaceful experience in the pool area once. I definitely would recommend grabbing lunch there also.

We had a great surprise dinner in the dining room. The food was great. Service was professional. Jeff the manager was hands on and present.

Unfortunately, our experience at Turf Valley spa was extremely underwhelming. We’ve heard such good things and were very excited to take off work and book a girls day. First, we were 4 minutes late for our appointments which I immediately apologized for when entering the spa. We actually arrived to Turf valley a few minutes prior to our appointments, however since this was our first time we were unsure where the spa was located. There was construction at the main entrance, so we had to enter through a random part of the hotel and find out way through the halls no signs for spa yet when we arrived at the hotel front desk, they were helping another customer so we patiently waited until we were able to receive instructions on how to get to the spa. It would have been nice to have a confirmation call informing us of the construction and instructions on how to get to the spa through the other entrance. When we walked in the spa, I apologized immediately but the front desk and other girls standing there seemed overly annoyed that we were again 4 minutes late. We skipped using the locker room and went straight to the massage room not at all a problem for us— I can understand since we were a little late. However, the massage therapist still seemed annoyed and rushed. Quite possibly the worst massage I’ve ever had— seriously. She seemed very inexperienced. To be honest, not what I was expecting for such a highly rated spa. When we were finished, typically the massage therapist goes over problem areas, instructions on how to recover, ect.— we weren’t even offered water and there weren’t any water coolers either usually your told “drink plenty of water!”. We asked to use the amenities hot tub & pool and order lunch. The front desk seemed annoyed that we even asked but assured she would bring the lunch to us by the indoor pool also EXTREMELY DATED. 1.5hrs later we still hadn’t received lunch.. we got dressed and went to the front desk to ask about the order or if we should just go to the restaurant to eat. She had us follow her to a table where our lunch had been sitting the whole time! No one ever told us it was there. All in all, I wouldn’t say it was the worst experience, had fun with girl friends—laughed and wasn’t at work haha! But the spa needs major updating, more experienced therapist, and better customer service to say the least!

The women at the front desk were superb! The face and body treatments were amazing. Massages were very disappointing considering all the other services were wonderful. Food was ok—-

I love their spa packages, perfect for a girl's spa day. The ambience is amazing. My massage therapist Onna and esthetician Ray were excellent . I've already scheduled my next appointment. Check out was great, too.

A nice place to get away from it all and relax. The Spa is very nice and the staff all friendly. Rebecca is my favorite. To schedule an appointment, you may have to do a week or two in advance when requesting a certain technician. There is a nice restaurant and the resort rooms are clean and the location is very quiet for anyone need a break from it all.
