Love, love, love this place! I bring all my friends and family here and they loved it too. I have received over 9 different treatments here and they were all fantastic. The staff is super accommodating, professional, and courteous. The decor in this place is amazing! Every room is a treat to walk-through. If you’re looking for a new spa or to try a spa for the first time - this place will not disappoint and you will honestly get addicted and want to come back for more and more.

Omgosh!! The staff is absolutely wonderful and completely professional. From the moment I walked in until my foot hit the pavement, I was given VIP treatment. Definitely look into signing up for the monthly package..so many extras and freebies. This is a full service spa without a doubt. I loved my 90 minute massage and foot scrub with Michelle, she is so easy to talked to and asked about pressure throughout the massage. ‍Bravo ladies, I can't wait to come back!!!

i have severe, SEVERE pain in my lower back and michelle lund found the exact muscle it was traveling through. ive not had that muscle relax in so long, i immediately booked another appointment for a month out. this place is worth every penny, and the cbd massage is top tier.Service:&nbsp;Massage

We had a little hiccup in scheduling, but they worked it out.  Excellent customer service… now to the spa part…. Didn’t particularly care for the bake your buns sauna, but that’s just me but It did what they promised!!  Now to the good part.. I am so sorry that I can’t remember their names but my friend and I had a dynamic duo that gave a facial and then a massage. Those girls have magic fingers and are two of the sweetest people I have ever met!!  You absolutely can not go wrong visiting this lovely place, I definitely have plans to go again!!

We have used this spa before and it was great but way to busy for such a small place. Book out 2 and 3 mo th ahead just isn't and option for some

This place is an absolute gem in Greenwood! I took a group there for a spa day, and it was amazing from start to finish. We had packages that included mini massages, facials, pedicures, manicures and celluma light therapy sessions. Not only were the services were top notch, the staff was also wonderful. They make you feel so welcome and at home. The entire experience was absolute perfection. We will definitely be back!

Angie was so kind, knowledgeable, and professional. She gave my great advice on my skin. The spa was clean, cozy, and serene. The spa and people there are definitely 5 stars. I would give the Brazilian I received 3 stars. It took a long time 1 hour and the wax didn't work as well as normal. We ended up using 3 different types of wax and all the hair still wasn't removed. There were a few factors on my end that impacted the wax as well it had been 2 months since my last one and there was a patch of hair that was too short but overall I was not totally satisfied. Angie was so great about it and the spa accommodated my concerns. I definitely will be returning to try a facial and some other treatments before I leave!

I have been to so many dermatologists and doctors for my troublesome skin. I have had skin problems since I was 22 years old and the staff at The Spa on Maxwell, after one visit with them, completely gave my skin new life and hope. Their offered services are extensive and for every type or skin concern you could have. For me it was adult acne and scarring and the polite and professional service I received was absolutely 10/10. Even after my first visit I could notice slight improvements to the texture and inflammation in my skin. I didn't feel judged or uncomfortable. The ambiance was very relaxing and its beautiful inside with this amazing chandelier I could not get enough of. I was not paid or compensated for this review. This is my actual takeaway from the quality of this business. I will be back many times. Thank you Spa on Maxwell. It is a treat to have you in our very own Greenwood Uptown.
