The Sparrows Coffee Tea & Newsstand

There was construction when we visited so we had to walk through the store it’s attached to to get to it. It is a small, cozy spot but the staff was really friendly and you could tell they were having fun! The coffee was also delicious! Definitely recommend stopping in if you’re in the area.

Such a fun spot! Kingma’s Market has always been a favorite, but the addition of Sparrows Coffee turns it into even more of an experience. Shop, work, sip, and snack all on one, intimate place. The interior design is clean and modern with counter and table space, but outside is equally as inviting.Food: 5/5

Quaint little local spot that my husband & I like to visit frequently. The coffee is good & they serve gluten-free/dairy-free baked goods from a local bakery, as well as normal ones, which I appreciate! The space/parking can be a bit tight at times, but other than that, we love it! The staff is always welcoming, kind & efficient - just overall a good vibe!

Cute place inside Kingma’s. Coffee was alright but very good vibes. The Matcha wasn’t my favorite but the Dirtier Harry’s was pretty good!

Love everything about Sparrows! All the baristas are SO friendly, the drinks are always delicious and consistent, the vibe is immaculate, and it’s pink. Not sure how much better it can get.

I've loved sparrows since I first moved to GR a decade ago. I miss them being in the old location, and it's definitely a different vibe at the new one, but I'm glad they're still around. Staff are always friendly, professional, and helpful, and the lattes are great! Parking: Only a few spots available at an awkward angle, but you can find street parking nearby

Variety. The spice of life. This coffee spot does an exceptional job of offering various tea/ coffee concoctions that are sure to please. Stop by and see for yourself. A friendly well mannered groups of humans. Major major is good and the lavender tea iced is yum er. It’s cute and chirpy. Just like a sparrow Kingma’s is the attached grocery that is priced for the Kings in the area. I know .. bad joke. Yet, it’s true.

This is the best cafe in town y'all!!! This place has it all: great quality coffee, yummy espresso drinks, pastries for days, and by FAR my favorite rotating seasonal menus of any cafe out there. I cannot help but gush about how cute this location is. It isn't the biggest, but there's plenty of seating inside and outside when it gets warm out. It is so clean and well maintained, you just know that everyone behind bar cares about their work. And yes it shows!!! Some of the nicest staff I've ever had the pleasure of being around, I've never had a bad experience here. PLEASE check this lil place out, it is well worth your time.

We love having this Cafe in the neighborhood. The design and menu are all very well done and perfectly thought out. Their seasonal drinks always hit right. We usually stop by to get a coffee while on walks around the neighborhood. I highly recommend giving Sparrow Coffee a try!
