The Sport Center is a gem of Lewistown, MT. with family roots dating back to homesteading days. Family owned and operated for over a half century we pride ourselves on a courteous customer service style that you cannot find in the big city chain stores.
The Sport Center opened for business April 19th 1946, owner Nate Mane." Everything for the Sportsman" was the motto. In 1963 John F Tognetti and Bill Mane, Nate's nephews, bought the store,and changed the name to The Sport Center. They operated the store until 1988 serving the fishing and hunting customers in Central Montana with quality products. John W. Tognetti entered the business in 1988 and currently operates the store. John is the 3rd generation to own and operate The Sport Center.
