This company is a joke! I waited two months for a claim totalling $6,000. I was paid just over a $1,000.00. I have never pulled a claim and this is how I am treated? Ever heard of doing the right thing? Paul and his company sure do not know what this is!

I would not use them. Awful customer service. I've been a customer with their agency for 14 years started off great BUT the last 2 years cannot get ANY service from them at all. They will say that they will do something....and don't! I'm moving my insurance soon! If you can'r get service and trust and depend on your agent....it's time to move your insurance AND that's what I'm doing! Bye!
