MANAGEMENT
STG currently owns and manages a portfolio in excess of 5 million square feet of commercial properties located throughout the Western United States. The mission of the STG Property Management segment of our team is to add value to the properties by improving buildings and providing new amenities where possible, upgrading building systems, aesthetics and image, thereby strengthening existing tenant base, attracting new tenants, as well as extending the life of the building while focusing on tenant retention.
DEVELOPMENT
The STG Group challenges the marketplace by purchasing underdeveloped properties that have a potential for adding value to the community and local economies. Through the development process, STG identifies specific weaknesses and deficiencies and then works together with a broad range of local and state officials to find solutions.
Our development process ensures that businesses that become tenants of STG properties have the greatest potential for profit, bringing value to the community and strengthening local economies. When available STG ensures that its tenants are able to take full advantage of state and local incentive programs that are designed for ensuring success.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Our Experience in providing real estate management services for our own buildings has taught us how to consistently anticipate tenant needs and proactively add value to the tenant experience in areas such as recycling, energy conservation, and space and storage requirements. To ensure they have the best experience possible, we organize tenant events. Our facilities department is in-house, rather than out-sourced which allow us to promptly respond to tenant issues and concerns.
