Total Fitness Gym is a great place to do your workout. They have a great variety of cardio equipment and weights. They offer so many classes that are free with your membership. When you're all done with your workout, you can even get a protein shake or Fit-Aid!

Nice family gym. Nice and very informative and clean staffing and place. They even have classes such as yoga dance and payment plans. The best part is that they have a DAYCARE!!! Yayyy.

Great people, adequate equipment. Classes are included with membership, and the coaches know what they are doing. I love training here it gets me in the zone. It is never crowded either.

It's a wonderfully clean environment with one of the finest daycares anywhere the people are extraordinarily helpful very polite and courteous recommended as a place to get fit for the whole family would not go anywhere but there if I'm in Sedalia
