The Studio Cleveland sits in the heart of Downtown on the East bank of the Flats in the Historic Warehouse District. The energy of the formerly industrial space now stimulates diverse programs in yoga, meditation, Thai massage and energy modalities, concerts and empowering workshops.
Students and visitors enjoy The Studio’s tranquil environments, including two wooden floor yoga rooms, an infrared sauna, a traditional Thai Massage room and two rooms reserved for massage, energy work and sound therapy. Showers and changing rooms are also available. Throughout the site, northeast Ohio artists display and sell their creative output.
Owner and director Sarah Cheiky, LMT, NCBTMB opened The Studio on September 7, 2010, welcoming corporate, individual, and family communities.
Our Mission
The Studio Cleveland is dedicated to providing a uniquely cultivated space and platform of experiences for our Cleveland community of individuals to transform their awareness and raise consciousness of the self through healing body and energy work, yoga, meditation, music, food, workshops and wellness programs.
We dedicate ourselves to community growth, offering one of northeast Ohio's first continuing education schools for massage and bodywork. The Studio also supports arts and literature programs and efforts to aid neighbors who are homeless, hungry or in need.
Our deepest wish is to bring a feeling of happiness and an introduction to whole life information to the beings that present themselves at our door. Thank you for your dedication and interest.
