The food was very average, borderline bad at this place. Everything was very bland. The pancakes were super hard. Customer service was not great either. Waitress never gave us a menu, we had to fend for ourselves LOL! Yikes, hard pass. The price is pretty cheap, so maybe that’s why. I would not recommend

Best breakfast I've ever had outside my own kitchen ! Homemade Biscuits and sausage gravy with Real polish kielbasa. Great coffee and fabulous friendly service.Food: 5/5

First of all, the food was very good! Service was okay. Two servers, one young and one older. Both with long hair, not tied back and both playing with their hair while serving customers. Then it happened. The younger server decided to brush her hair behind the counter while people were eating. Never again!

Great place service was you awesome atmosphere was great everyone there was very nice and polite welcoming The only thing I can honestly say that wasn't the greatest I guess the food still very good just didn't make me want to go to that place on a Sunday morning first but definitely clean nice environment. I want to make this clear the food was good but could use a little more kick on just about everything lol thanks

Has to be the worst breakfast and experience ever. Its a small place. You might think meals would be flying out of the kitchen at a fast pace. NOPE! Waited and hour for our food. People who were at the booths before we got there were still waiting for their food when we left. The waitresses were even overheard complaining why its taking so long for their customers to be served. I ordered the steak and veggie omlete. "THE COWBOY" Dont get it!! The so called steak is just microwaved steakums chopped up and thrown into the omlette. The hash browns that i ordered was one of those 12 pack frozen 2x3 " hash brown patties thrown into the microwave until it was hard as rock and thrown on the plate. Oh and the only reason my wife and I got server after an hour was because we complained about the wait and told them were paying for the coffee only and leaving. They told the so called cook and she rushed it to us in the next 2 mins. Otherwise we would still be sitting there. We sat at the counter, where the front of the counter was falling apart. Wood broken off. Dirty!! . Worst ever!!!! Never again!!!!

I first started going there about 2 years ago. The service was excellent, the food was excellent, the prices were decent. They have gone through at least 6 wait staff in the past year. Many good servers have either left or been let go. Currently there is a particular young lady who has a verry snotty attitude not very pleasant, very full of her self, not good enough of a waitress to warrant the attitude. The price has gone up and the service come down. The food is always excellent if they take the order correctly. The cooks were having to deliver our food to our table, which i have never seen before and they should be able to stay out back and focus on cooking instead of doing the waitress job. I had to ask the cook for jelly and ketchup, and hot sauce because the waitress could obviously care less. Its a shame the direction sunshine cafe has taken in the past year. Update. 9/7/22 Went back to try them again. Same snotty waitress is still strutting around in inappropriate clothing for a server. We waited an hour for food...... never going back. This restaurant is ruined as far as im concerned.

I know exactly who you are talking about with the young waitress... I was hired by this company almost 6 months ago immediately came in for training as a part time position and I had experience from the past ...I trained for about an hour and then I was pulled out back by one of the owners only to be told That they made a mistake they overhired ...gave me $20 bill for my time and sent me on my way their loss!! ... I now Waitress Part time at friendlies on the middleborough rotary.... The only disappointment is we can't stay fully staffed And we no longer serve breakfast but I love what I do and I'm thankful for what happened and I love my customers so if you're disappointed come see me at friendly's!!!...Bonnie

Up until the pandemic, my husband and I ate here weekly. The food was great and the service was always perfect. It was our favorite place, which is why I'm giving two stars. I really hope this was an isolated event and doesn't happen to anyone else. Yesterday, I got so excited when I saw they offered delivery through DoorDash and I placed an order for a sandwich and one of their "eggs any way" breakfasts. We received our order and there were two things wrong: 1. The sandwich requested no cheese due to lactose intolerance. 2. The sandwich was not a sandwich. It was an omlette. #2 wouldn't have been a big deal, since I don't mind omlettes. The cheese, however, was a big deal because of lactose intolerance. They sent the order knowing it was wrong and wrote "sorry for cheese" on the container, and sent an "apology" banana bread I think? It wasn't labeled and I didn't order it. So the omlette couldn't be eaten and neither could the banana bread, since it could've contained milk. #1 tells me their menu isn't clear what the cooks need to make when they receive the order through DoorDash, since we ordered from the Sandwich menu, not the Three Egg Omlette menu. To me, this is unacceptable. They sent the food not only knowing it was incorrect, but also tried to apologize for it in a way that was wasteful. This was nothing a phone call to us couldn't have fixed. We could have waited longer, that wouldn't have been a big deal. Like I said, we've had so many great dining experiences here and it breaks my heart that we won't be going to what was our favorite breakfast place again. :

Had the pleasure of stopping here on our road trip back from camping. We were starving and soaking wet from a sloppy commute. Parking was spacious as we had a camper trailer and was able to park down the side of the building. Service was very fast and food were top notch. was nice and hot. I got the eggs benedict with bacon and my girlfriend got the stuffed french toast with bananas and we also decided to try and split a banana and chocolate chip crepe. Eggs Benedict was delicious and the Hollandaise sauce was creamy and savory. The stuffed french toast looked and tasted I had a bite scrumptious. The crepe sadly only had banana in it no chocolate chip. But by the time we got to it we were already full. We also still ate most of it because it was still sooo good. So I mentioned it to the waitress she apologized and she gladly took the added topping off the crepe no problem. I will gladly come back whenever in the area and try out their other delicious food they offer!

Went for Brunch with my husband on Saturday, they serve breakfast till 3! Awesome little place with great service, had the tiniest waitress. Very attentive, made sure my coffee was always filled. Loved the little personality on her. Prices are so good for the amount and quality of food you get. Will be returning!
