Recently stayed here during the pandemic and the room was surprisingly very clean. The owners were very accommodating and followed cdc guidelines.Rooms: 5/5
2 star only because maintaince guy helped out. Lousy customer service and no common courtesy. They also own Time Zone kiddy corner across the street.
They make fake late fees, they refuse to give receipts, and they do illegal evictions. Had to take them to court and judge was not pleased with them.
So found a whole bunch of bed bugs everywhere so I decided to leave. Didn't stay and do not recommended this place.
Located 2 blocks of the RTC Bus Station in the heart of downtown Reno....
