Ultimate fitness and martial arts
The System - UFMA offers a systematic combination of personal training, fitness classes, resistance training, and kickboxing including nutrition for all programs. The martial arts program is based on the principles and discipline of traditional Japanese karate and the modern school of kinesiology for kids and adults.
