The Tannery Mall

It's only 3 stars because calling it a mall is a gross misunderstanding of what it actually is. Yes the place has some shops but you won't find an H&M, footlocker or EBgames because it's not actually a mall

The building houses an assortment of government services and professional offices, GO Train Station, a small college. Amongst the most visited are the Provincial Offences Office, and Ontario Court of Justice Newmarket Court. The interior architecture is a beautifully designed space that is spacious and enhances the character of the building. There is abundant parking available and cost $3.00.

Despite the current public health concerns I saw multiple people that worked in the building walking around without a mask on including a cleaner. I was not comfortable at all and would not feel safe going back in the building at this time.

Diabetes clinic wasn’t much help for me. Got same info And printouts as you get online. They seem to want to up sell you on workshops and return for further appointments and programs which is how they make their money of course so no surprise but you got to ask are they invested in your health or only suggesting things for their benefit. $3 parking because in medical district. The nutritionist gave me a meal plan for a woman and said just add more calories. Honestly didn’t feel professional or safe advice.

Convenient parking for go train. Clean building with a cafe 1st floor and cafeteria 2nd floor. If you are there for tickets the ticket guy on the 2nd floor is good although x coppers is more trusted. Southlake programs that run there are awesome and have reserved parking in the north lot closest to Davis drive. Accessible parking is also free to through who need it and parking is free after 5pm. If you are ever lost ask anyone for help they are very helpful.

Soothing, beautifully open space adorned with granite and amazingly healthy indoor trees.

Beautiful building. But they do not offer anything in the way of shopping. I do not understand why there isn’t pop up shops here? It’s the perfect place for them. If you have appts here, bring a book or iPad.

This place is surreal - all that is really here is government offices. ALso - it is worth visiting to see an example of poor design of interior finishes and an example of what can only be a small favour to the stone supplier from the general contractor - gaze about at the stone finishes.

No free parking. If you're here, it's likely because you have business with the province that will cost you money. It's a nice looking place, but there aren't many good reasons to visit.

Worst nightmare. Booked at 10:30am and arrived at.10:15am. I met a nurse in 20 min. I then waited for a doc. Wait wait wait.. I finally gave up to see the doc at 11:45am. I recommend not to go there. I gues that the doc was not even there
